Two months back an employee named Meenakshi of timesjobs called me and told that there is a hidden job which is not listed in any of the job portals and i am shortlisted for that job and i need to pay Rs 2875.she also told that i will be getting the call in 48 hours.
When i asked about the job assurance she told that TimesJobs is one of the biggest Job portal of India, so i will be getting the job 100%.
I payed the money believing that TimesJobs is one of the biggest job portals of India and they would not cheat me. But i have not got any calls yet.

After that i realized that the money i paid was for writing the resume.

I HAD TAKEN RESUME SERVICES FROM TIMESJOBS.COM and had paid an amount of Rs 4233 . I got the final resume and i was told that once the final resume was approved by me, my resume will be sent to placement agencies across the country. It is has been nearly 4 months since i have availed the no and there has been no response. I also called today and they told me to speak to their toll free complaint no [protected]. But as usual, did not get connected. I think timesjobs is taking everyone for a ride and just making money.

Either they get me interviews or return my money. It is hard earned money and not to be given to fools.

i registered myself with times jobs premium services because they told me if i do I'd be getting interview calls! its been more than 6 months now that i have registered for those services and nothing has yet happened!! now they are denying that they made such promises!! Its been a total waste of money and I would like a total refund of it. I have all the proof and evidence of their constant lie telling and cheating!!

It is a total fraudulent company with all fraudsters staff sitting there they will be making calls and giving information and assurances regarding lucrative job opportunities but they are all false promises
I request one and all not to get trapped in to such promises as it is only to squeeze money and nothing else.
I uploaded my resume at Timesjobs in last week of this month.After I uploaded, I got a call from Timesjobs Executive whose name is Swapnil. He called me repeatedly for two days and said that your resume is short listed in ZEHRAN Group located in Jeddah (KSA) and salary is 4500/- Saudi Riyaals along with free accomodation, free food and also with quarterly salary increments . He forced me to pay Rs. 1840/- within two days and said "if it is not paid we will recruit another person and you will be losing a very big opportunity". I told him that I don't have money right now but I will pay in the next month.He told me that I should arrange the money by next day evening 4 O" Clock other wise he will not take the responsibility for the above said job. On his words with great dificulty I arranged Rs.1840/- as demanded by him and remitted the said amount in A/c No.[protected] with ICICI Bank. After remiting the amount when ever I tried to contact Swapnil again but. I was told by your customer care excutive Mr Aftab that Swapnil is terminated from this organisation. Next day when I called again I could easily recognised that it was Swapnil who received my phone call but recognising my voice he immediately kept the phone down.When I called again one Mr Tarun received my call and said that Swapnil is on leave today. Then I called again after an hour one Mr Sunil Chauhan told me that Swapnil has gone for lunch. Next day I called again and this time one Mr Prashanth received my call and told me that he is the manager of TimesJobs. When I explained him about my problem he immediatly disconnected my call. Upon my next call Mr Tarun told me that there is no manager by name Mr Prashant

I am not giving this statment from my side but this statment was conveyed to me by your excutives Swapnill and others. I have voice recording of all the conversations between me,Swapnill and others
Even after all false promises as stated above Today (22.06.11) also I have recieved a call from one Ms.Rashne Sing and upon enquiry i found out that there no such person.

I want to bring the kind attention of concern authorities and job seekers who mind themselves to register with timesjobs that I have registered myself with Timesjobs Premium Club Order No. MZ269338 on 4th April 2011 and resume was zapped on 28 April and till date(11 June 2011) I did not received even a single call from any recruiter and today there is no recession in IT field.
I have registered with timesjobs to see your website highlighting that you have more than 2,00,000 live jobs, more than 25,000 recruiters and more than 1250 consultants. But now I am sorry to say all are fraud and cheat.
I am job less and paid Timesjobs by taking loan against my engagement ring. I am sorry to say timesjobs is fraud and cheater because I came to such job seekers who also registered themselves and have same story as my story.
So I advise all job seeker to not register with Timesjobs.

Timesjobs is a name, which lot o[censored]s might have trusted since the day one when it came to existence. I am also one of them. In the month of Feb. 2011, one fine day I received a call from TimesJobs about one service. I was informed that if I buy this service for Rs 2215 /- then Timesjobs will assist us to get a job. The process which I was informed is as follows,

If we buy this service then they will create a so called magic resume for me and will forward to 1250....yes I am correct 1250 consultants spread all over India. Within next 7-10 days I will start receiving calls from these consultants.This service is a life time service.

I was informed this by the person who called me initially and the field executive as well, who came to my home to collect money as I bought this service for my wife.Now, trust me...since Feb 9th till May 13th, we haven't received even a single call from any of the 1250 consultants.

When I contacted TimesJob (many times), every time I was informed that the service was just to create resume and forward it to consultants and money which you have paid is non refundable. I agree, if you have created that MAGIC RESUME and forwarded it to 1250 consultants then what went wrong afterwards. Aren't there any jobs in the market? Which is not true because in the past 2 months my wife has appeared 4-5 times for job interviews in West Delhi only. Now I want to lodge this complaint and want my money back. Some stringent legal action must be taken again such agencies.

THIS IS TO BRING IN TO THE NOTICE OF THE PUBLIC ABOUT THE TIMES JOB MAGIC RESUME "FRAUD" SERVICES.

I had received a call from times job requesting me to register for their magic reume services.They promised me that they will be forwarding my resume to 2500 job consultants and i will be getting my professional resume and the interview call within 1 week of registration.The registration fee was 2150/-.My parents were not interested in this but I convinced them and paid the cash.They used to call me day and night until they got the cash but after that there is no response from their side.They gave me a contact number which do not exist.They are born frauds.

So ,I request each and every one of you who are searching for a job ,please do not be a victim os such third rated agencies or you will loose your money as ours is one of the most corrupted country in the world.

I registered myself with timesjobs.com with paying Rs. 3000, they committed to me for the quick service within 24 to 48 working days but more than 25 days past i haven't get any response from them. They are just waisting the time and money of the people and playing with there career.They all are just sitting to trap the people and making them fool by there fake attractive offers.
There job is to just making fool and all them are involved in doing frauds with the customers.This practice should be strictly banned in public and social welfare.

This is regarding the PREMIUM SERVICES package which this company is offering on the site.
I have registered myself for this service in 20.04.2011.At that time the executive told me that the service will same days to come into effect.
The person gave me incomplete info about the offer & was only waitig for the money to be rcvd.
Then they give me one or the other reason for the delay of the service.

Now its been not a single call from the consultants as promised by timesjobs. and not receive my call also
The most shocking thing is that when i call to the company they are least bothered about the customer.
Not even trying to solve the problem, hanging up the phone in between the conservation
ITS TOTALLY WASTE OF THE HARDEARNED MONEY.
This company is a Fraud company by giving false promises to the people,taking their money for their own profit.
They provide misleading info on their site .
This is a request on behalf of all the people who have wasted their money to the concerned people who are taking care of this site PLS PLS TAKE A ACTION AGAINST THIS COMPANY SO THAT THEY CAN NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE PEOPLE IN NEED.

Sir I got a call from TIMES JOBS on 23rd of Feb 2011, they offered me a service of getting myself registered with TIMES JOBS and they will provide me cv by experts and than they will surely get me job within one month. i had done payment by DEBIT CARD of HDFC BANK.

I asked for International and National job services, i have still not any response or call from hr department or any other consultant. And I have called several times to Times Jobs but they ki the guy who renered me this service has left the company, now I need to drag them to consumer court or else they have to refund me my money back.

Please advice what i should do as earlier as possible.

P.S. I was given hundred percent commitments on phone at the time of rendering this services, and now they are saying that Timesjobs, does not assume responisibility for providing jobs, to any applicant and is only acting as a medium between the consultant and individual/ candidate.

I got a call from Timesjobs.com sometime in November 2010 for Career Service.
They said they will modify my CV and forward this to 1250 consultants across India.

Accordingly I applied for the service and paid Rs.3694/- for the service.

Eversince I paid , the organization has turned a deaf ear to all my request and whenever I call up they say I have to wait.

If I have to wait for 3 months and more to get my first call for interview then I feel they can never provide me any opportunity and have cheated my money.

If you could kindly help me get back my money atleast I would really be thankful to you.

TIMESJOBS premium services is the most fraudulent service available. They are such chameleons.They stop replying to calls after you make the payments.They changed their words, commitments, sometimes 'services' after your payments.Such cheapskates I swear. I was promised a certain set of services within 48 hours before the payment by the cheater named Mohit Bharadwaj. After the payment, he told me for a long period that it is impossible for him to provide me the services he committed. I wont get all the services I was promised.They stop taking your calls, there is no one solve your problems.(Because the entire clan are frauds...). I HOPE THE HEAD or CEO OF TIMESJOBS is making a note of what a dirty name these guys have when it comes to premium services. BEFORE I made the payment I checked online for reviews and DID FIND BAD REVIEWS for these services, but the guy I spoke to sounded trustworthy.But he turned out to be the biggest cheapskate in the lot.His name is Mohit Bharadwaj. SO, the reviews were correct! TIMESJOBS is a fraud organization.

My name is Tarun Gupta, Delhi, India. I am not satisfied with the services of Timesjobs.com at all, due to misguidence and unprofessional behaviour of executives and managers.

I was contacted by a Sudhir( Culprit-1), one of the sales executives of Nodia branch. He called me lot many times then finally I decided to go there at noida branch.
There, I was told lots of big talks, promises, commitments by ALI (Culprit-2) about the services.

He asked to pay money there only, using there personal computer which is un-ethical practice. Now, I have not received any information about the package, services, expert or any kind of call about the services. I contacted to the customer care dept. and came to know that my order id Mr242472 has deactivated and there was no record about my services. Then, I contacted hell lot of times to sudhir about the same and finally, some MIS officer gave me new ID MZ243945) but he didnt able to provide any other info. since he was a MIS guy.
After that, I contacted back to the customer care and shocked to know the services in my package. Since, I clearly mentioned ALi and Sudhir that I just need a guidence and a proper resume fomat nothing else.
But, being a good sale person to achieve his target, Ali misguided me and gave all the services without notifying me.

Now, whenever I contact sudhir, he never gives any response and ignore my call by saying that he will call me back in 5 min and after that, he dont even receive my call.

Now MY concerns and if possible, analyze them on practical ground:

1. Today, anyone can get a print out at no cost then why should I pay for that. (Rs. 600)
2. I have international experience then why do I need an international resume (Extra cost)
3. I never use cover letters then why should I pay for cover letters and even for two different cover letters(Extra cost)
4. One resume is sufficient for me, am I stupid to pay for domestic and international resume seperately.
5. I was told that I will receive a call by Resume Expert in 2-3 days, I am still waiting for that call.
6. I paid for the services and dont receive any kind of service.
7. If you new ID has generated, then whose responsibility is this to inform.
8. When I can avail a resume in Rs 2500 (approx)., Am I stupid to pay Rs.5099
9. I was told that due to system error, I have to select more options and that will be reverted on verification call.. WHERE IS THAT VERIFICATION CALL


Now, I want the answers of all my queries and want to cancel either the whole services or to reduce my services till the extent of only resume building.

I contacted to customer care via phone and I was promised that I will receive a call with in 24-48 hours regarding my query and they will reverse the charges, whichever is extra. But again all in vain, since no information about that too.
This is the last thing that I can do, that written complaint if still nothing happen, then I have no other option to go in a court and file my complaint about misguidence and fradulent activity.

I uploaded my resume on timesjob.com. After 2-3 days one guys called me and told me that their team will prepare my resume very attractive as per company demands and will provide me some job from good company. For that they demand 1700 rs. I came into their talks and transferred money Rs.1700 to their account through internet banking. After transferring the amount the person told me that plz be onhold for some time. After some time i cut the phone and try the numbers these people always called me but could not connect to them till date. I have the account no. and the contact nos. of that company.Plz some body tell me how to get my money back.

i have account of times job.com from very long time & i don't know whats happening but i am not able to sign out from my account. its not good . any one can hang this. i tried my best but fail . i send mail to times job . but still i am not able to sign out. now in my email id i deleted all mails from times job that's i get.what should i do for that please help me . this is a company's fault. my email id is [protected]@yahoo.in.
