I got a call from timesjobs.com on 08/08/2012 they said pay rs 2750 ad we will give u a job guaranteeing after paying this amount they called me and said u will have to more 6300 to get placed . i refused it and said them to please refund my money but they refused it. now they are not giving back my money nor they are giving any service . i want my money back as soon as possible....

I have come to know that your executive is giving wrong information to me.

On 7jun2012 Mr. Akhilesh Kumar(C11) adviced me to register on Timesjobs.com
and I have register as I know TIMESJOBS is a good and welknown Organisation to find a better job and the registration fee is 1600/-

On 8jun2012 from the team (C11) executive called me and advice me for education verification which is mandetary for Rs.1750/- but yesterday they have not inform me about that. The executive promised me that it is the last payment which is required after that no payment required to pay and the service will be valid for life time.

On 12jun2012 anather executive called me adviced me by force that you have a offer from Havels India Ltd, and Philips India Ltd opening at Bombay, Bangalore and Kolkata only. To send my resume to these company I have to pay anather 6300/- for minimum 5yr job, and salary will be 4.5L to 6L per annum. I angryed and asked him why this payment is required. He convinced me after that payment my resume will be send to these company other wise it will not happen. He convinced me that the payment will go to TIMESJOB, not to executive. He offerd me a discount payment of Rs4500/- for 3yr and remaining 2yr company will give me as discount.

Now today I am checking the details informations and found allthe orders are still under process. The payment of Rs.4500/- which is taken for the resume submission to Havels and Philips that executive said, it is wrong.
I found this payment is taken for Career Growth Report from Astrologer not for submission of my resume.

I have made so many complaints to your support department, to your customer care no. [protected] but all efforts were in vein. Before Two months, i have been asked to make the payment of Rs. 1600 to have your premium services by Mr. Rohit Sahu. ([protected]). I have paid the same as i was looking for a Job since long. He promised me that i will get the job in a month time. After a week i got a call from your Delhi office for a Job. The person who called me asked me to deposit more 6500Rs. to get the Job in Bank Of America. I denied to pay the same. Since then, till today i haven't received any call from your side. I made so many complaints at [protected]@timesjobs.com but same story repeats.

After that i was told to talk with Mr. Jitendra ([protected]) for the same. He gave all the waste answer to me. I am calling to the customer care on [protected], i talked to Mr. Gurpreet, he was so loud and rude that i felt that i made big mistake by giving money to your company. I talked to Miss. Neha, she disconnect the call as she doesn't know anything.

I am also working with well known Bank and also understand the customer services but the service and answer which i got from here is totally pathetic. Is this way to work????

I really do not want anything now. Just one request that please return my money to me back as i do not want to deal with such a fraud well known company.

May be you will not have time to answer me because now i know from my experience that you regularly receiving this types of complaints from lots of people.

With due respect I want to inform you that, i first got a call from one of times jobs agent named "Ankur" from no. [protected], informing me about a vacancy in Reliance Telecom with a min package of 4.3 L p.a. He told me that i will get call from Reliance if i purchase your Resume Zapper premium Service @ Rs 2949. But immediately after purchasing that service with Order No.RZ738398 , another agent named "Mandeep" picked up the call and told me to purchase Career Astro service @ Rs 6149. I dont want it but he told me that if i dont purchase that order than the previous order is of no use and to get call from reliance telecom i need to purchse that order.Besides he also falsely assured me that with this new pack i will get resume writing service and my modified resume will be sent to my mail.So,i purchased Carrer Astro pack also with Order No. SP738496.

But after 2 days from another agent i came to know the truth, that there was no such assured vacancy in Reliance Telecom, nor i was going to get any resume writing service as told by mandeep. All those promises were totally fake, that i have already recorded.

Though i have contacted & complained them regarding this, but they are not accepting their fault of not keeping their promises neither they are giving back the refund.

I'd received a call on 18th Jan'2012, from Timesjobs, regarding job offers. They asked me to pay Rs. 2150 at first, then asked for another Rs. 1000 more again for this reason. Then in the first week of February, yet again for a sum of Rs. 1400. In all, I'd paid them a sum of Rs. 4550 in the name of "Times Business Solutions Ltd" to Account no.[protected].
But I haven't received any job offers from their side, no interview calls. They keep sending some messages which are fake as there is no response of applying to those offers.
I'd asked them to refund my money some time back in June, they told me that they do not guarantee the offers and hence no responsibility.
I am a student and it is a big loss for me to have invested with such people who have fooled me and have not helped in return. Please help me get my money back. I will be very grateful to you.

All are requested to be away from timesjobs portal.It is not at all good portal.The main thing is about its service the people working for times as sales executive are not at all co-operative.Once they sell their portal ,they dont bother about client....
I was continpusly calling times people but no body was picking my phone...
even i tried to call mumbai and Delhi office people but no body helped me regarding the issue..
These people are big cheater.....
Any product is all about its servicing..what they are not able to do..
I would sugeest people not to buy this poratl......better to go for naukri portal.....

Don't register to get good jobs through this portal bcz timesjobs Executive guys called me on 02rd feb'2012 about your CV shortlisted to Vodafone RF Engineer of Direct ON Role, you can get immediate opportunities to there if you register with timesjobs.com + 1year career growth.


After that they had verified my all certification after paid the amount of 6500 one month later.

I was searching job in UK as my husband was working in UK. IN the month end of december , times jobs contacted me and asked me to pay money of RS6500. saying that many clients are available , so pay it as soon as possible. i paid them on dec 29th,2011. BUt after paying i didnt get any calls from them.No mails from them. But now they that they are just consultancy , they ll forward our resumes to client. This is truely unacceptable. Saturday 19/5/2012 i got a call from times job representatives and they told me they will provide me job assistance and all.But today when i paid them 2750 they demanded me additional 2920 but i refused to pay the amount and they cut the phone.

I am ankit garg. I got a call from ashish thakur from timesjobs.Com on 14may 2012.I got the call from these numbers[protected],[protected],[protected]. Mr. Ashish thakur told me that your resume is short-listed by hcl . If you want a job in hcl jaipur you have to pay 2199/- In timesjobs.Com account. I thought timesjobs is a reputated company so believed on him.On 17may2012 I paid 2199/- By my debit card. Mr. Ashish thakur referred my call to mr. Manish for paying that amount. He gave me some instruction to pay that amount of charge. But after paying that amount he told me to pay 1319/- Additional amount. I told him that there was only talk about 2199/- Mr.Ashish didn't tell me about that additional charge. Mr. Manish told me that we will send your resume to companies after paying that additional amount. I told him mr. Ashish offered a job in hcl if I pay 2199/- . But he didn't say any thing about that additional charge.I told him to give my money back if you are not giving me my job in hcl jaipur for which I paid 2199rs. But they are refuging for both the things. So I want help to get my money back. Please do something as soon as possible.

ALSO .. the customer support( c16) is very horrible .. they do not have basic manner .. they are very rude on the phone .

I am going to file a case against times jobs in consumer forum for fooling me and giving fake commitments as I have the each and every phone call recording of your executives .

I don't know whether this feedback will be posted on times job site or not but I just want to alert every one that never ever use any career service of times jobs. Its all a fooling process with fake commitments. Their executives tell details about very good jobs before transaction and as soon as the person buy the service they will never ever call u back. I paid 10000 for career service and yet I have never received even a single job call. Before payment times jobs executive gave me a call he told me about vacancy in gulf in NOVARTIS and TORRENT. He told me salary more than 10000 dirhams /month. He told me about notice period of 1 month, asked about my passport status, told me about facilities provided in the job. Moreover he told me that he is having only 5 vacancies and only 5 candidates will be send and there is no chance of rejection. Id of that executive is C11. I was made such a big fool by times job executive. I will never ever recommend any single person to associate with times job. Its really a fooling process of CAREER SERVICES.

I want you to enlighten people about the fraudulent behaviour of TimesJobs.com.

Yesterday Morning, a guy named Mr. Rahul called me on my cell and asked me that your profile has been selected for LG/TCS/Godrej and the salary is 26,500/m
and so he asked me whether i am interested in or not, i said ok but are you sure i am selected, he said yes Sir, I am calling from TimesJobs and it is a well reputed company and we call the individuals who are been short-listed for job applications. He also told that I will receive "3 CALL LETTERS" from 3 indivual companies citing LG/TCS & Godrej and I can choose one between them.

I was confused as how can it be possible at the same time he asked me to get online, I didn't have a clue why he ask me so but still it's a Times Group I though it may be legit. I got online and the guy asked me to login my TimesJobs.com Account and made me buy their Success Combo Plan. I strictly told that I don't want that package and I am not interested. He told that it is mandatory to buy it and after that you will get "CALL LETTER" for mentioned companies within 48 hours.

I told that it is not legit and I won't do it, afterwards the guy "Mr. Rahul" transferred my call to his senior executive and his Sr. Executive told that we assure you Sir that after buying that Success Combo plan I will get "CALL LETTER" within 24 hours or at the same time as I complete the transaction. He told that your application is on hold to get to the LG/TCS and soon as i buy that plan I will get their Call Letter.

I also google - "Times Jobs Fraud" and came out with unknown resaults, a lot people are scamed by this company by wrong commitment.

I told those guys that I figure it out and it is a scam, still they told that the people have already got their call letters who have posted about our company in Consumer Forums.

And again he assured me that he will refund my money if i didn't get the CALL LETTER within 48 hours.

Then I agreed to buy their package for 3399 via Debit Card, during the whole transaction process he was on phone guiding me to do and as soon as the tranasction completed he again asked me to buy "Education Verfication" as without it your "Success Combo" plan is not valid as you have to buy it other wise your call letter will be on hold.

So again I bought "Education Verification" plan for 1319 rs. via SBI Debit Card.

And as soon as I completed my second tranasction, they disconnected my call.

I tried to call them but now my call was put on hold for a very long time, afterwards I found out a Toll Free Number on Site and asked them about my matter.

The Customer Care told that "Sir, you are being scammed by our Sales Team, and we cannot do anything in this, Our Sales Team makes utter wrong commitments to buy our company plans, You can forward your request to [protected]@timesjobs.com and they will review your matter, CC also told that they have telephonic record so their
dept. head will check your telephonic conversation with the sales team and may be you will get refund but I cannot assure you"

P.S. Please Sir, I want you to add this article in your Newspaper coloum so that people may aware of this as even big companies like Times Group can scam you like Nigerian Lottory Scams.

Please Sir, You can enlighten people and make sure next time people may aware if some call comes from Job Companies like TimesJobs and make utter wrong commitments just to take out money from you.

I have also filed a complaint in IC3 (Internet Crime Complaint Centre) A partnership between the FBI (Federal Bureau Investigation), The National White Collar Crime Center and the Bureau of Justice Assistance,

I am also thinking of filing a local police complaint against this company.

This is a post to acknowledge you all that Times Jobs consultants have started looting innocent freshers through phone calls and online transactions of money. The consultants from Times Jobs offers jobs acknowledgement and promise to schedule interviews for various companies by one time payment for registering into there consultancy. However as soon as the money is paid, there promises have no existence and they show there true colour.
The organization keeps asking for more money for registration, explaining that, prior transaction has been considered as security deposit.
However, even if the registration is done by online transaction for second time, still those money are not considered as registration money.


I received a call from Aman and Kashish from Times Jobs successively in two hours by phone no. [protected] two weeks before.

As per the long discussion made on call, these guys clearly stated, they will be offering jobs and scheduling interviews for the candidates who can get them registered in Times Jobs with sum of Rupees 2150 by one time online payment.

As per the above discussion I was convinced and and made my payment.

As soon as the payment was done, they considered this payment as security deposit and asked to pay Rs 3500 more else the prior payment will get wasted.

This was really hard to tolerate.

Its really shameful for me to disclose, that I am the victim of this TIMES JOBS Consultancy even after being so much educated.

I am already working for one of the Top 5 companies of India, however I thought for better opportunities.
Being a professional person I can understand the value of money as others do.

I did not wanted to get my money wasted. I wanted my money back, but that was beyond organization's policies.
After an hours of hot discussion and negotiation with the senior manager of the consultancy, I paid Rs.1500 more and it was strictly made clear that no more transactions are required.

Now, these shameless guys still come up with there wide open mouth for more money.

In total I paid Rs 3650, which is much less than my 2 days daily expenses. However, this is something really shameful and unacceptable, happening in society. The guys from Times Jobs consultancy are fraud. Donot come into there words and make any payments which comes to worth nothing.

I registered to TIMES JOBS.COM then I got SMS that " I TECH SOLUTIONS " looking for banking experienced candidate I went for interview I got selected and Got an offer letter for the post of "PROJECT SUPPORT ASSOCIATE/PROJECT MANAGER . They recruited more than 70 people, I worked for 3 months then I came to know that they could not get the project ,at the time of interview they told me that they were on domestic projects gradually they will take the international project also. They did not give salary for 3 months then my senior manager advised all o[censored]s to join somewhere finally they give one month's pay and told us to join anywhere. Then i did sap course and I tried for job but everywhere started asking why did you leave the good job.The internal thing I know How it was. The company MD had already cheating cases. Then also these job agencies refer company like this.
I would suggest don't believe this Times jobs they simply offer good salary after joining you will come to know the company like this.
