I bought uc in pubg mobile but didnt receive them in game. The purchase was for 600 uc and costed me 779 rs . money was deducted from my account.. For some reason my google play didnt record the purchase.. I am attaching an image of mini statement from fednet app confirming of money geting deducted and being transferred to this . it would be great if i can get a refund or if my purchase can be compleated by adding the uc in game that i purchased. +1 photos Was this information helpful? I have made transaction of Rs590 for purchasing teenpatti gold chips bit money got deducted from my account but I didn't receive any chips.i have complaint several times but my complaint didn't resolved.so kindly resolve as soon as possible and refund my amount of Rs 590.previous also i have complaint of this please help me out I'm a student.

I bought 79 rupee uc for my pubg account at 13 march 2020 10.49pm but the amount deducted from my online sbi internet banking but the uc not add in my pub g i checked in my sbi internet banking and se show me the money go to timesofmoney ltd.so plz give my refund.

I have purchased 600 UC For 799Rs however the amount was deducted from my account but i did not get rhw UC.
Unable to get help from any side.i have made rhe purchase on 20/03/2020.
Very bad experience .
