On march 8th, i purchased google app "essential anatomy 3" i have paid money through net banking of punjab national bank, 750 rupees. The money transferred in times of money gateway. The money is transferred to you but the app shows i didn't purchase, kindly check and refund my money. I have attached my bank statement and screenshot of the app. Its not showing the in app purchase history also Was this information helpful? | |||

Purchased uc cash via in-app purchase of pubg mobile on 04/03/2019 at via internet banking for the amount of 779 rupees.
My bank account has been debited for the same amount but item was credited to the game. It shows in my federal bank account that the beneficiary is times of money ltd.
Please refund my money back.
