Toyota — Complaint regarding airbags

I am having toyota innova-2.5V 2010 model. The car met with an accident at a speed of 80km/h. The driver and passenger were wearing the seat belts but the air bags didn't open. The driver was hurt a little. Kindly go through my complaint.
