On 17/02/2022 I have purchased a Toyota Glanza V from Radha Madhav Toyota Ongole. Full payment was given through NEFT and UPI, total of 9.8 lakh.
The car was delivered with TC yellow sticker. Sales manager Mr. Raghava Prasad told us TR will be received in post within 1-2 days.
On 06/06/2022 we received call from Insurance company that there is a problem with the car insurance provided by Radha Madhav Toyota Ongole as well.
- Up to now no TR or permanent registration is given.
- Other documents (e.g. PUC) have also not been given by the showroom as promised.
My actions:
- I have tried to resolve the issue by contacting Mr. Raghava Prasad and other Radha Madhav Toyota Ongole employees repeatedly. They always ask to wait 2-3 days for various excuses, but nothing has happened.
- I have tried to register a complaint with Toyota Kirloskar but without success, they are not moving the complaint forward.
- I have contacted the AP Transport Dept. Commissioner for help but without response.
In summary: I have spent 9.8 lakh on a car which I am not able to use because of fraud by the showroom who took money without deliverying. Kindly requsting help to resolve the issue. Was this information helpful? |
