Toyota — insurance claim issues | |
Today i was crossing lights and suddenly hit by other car, front bumper, back bumber, 2 door and back tyres chaise has broken.i have Toyota global insurance. I visit to near pioneer Toyota in Chandigarh and applied for insurance claim. But they are not providing me full insurance. According to Toyota service, they should replace the crash door with new door. But they are providing me half door and will do walding and paint. This is not a good service. What is benefit to take Toyota global insurance? If we can not get services as well as they are not providing the front/back bumper claim and crashed door with new door. The insurance supervisor rajesh wadvhan misbehave with me and challenge me if you have guts then pass insurance from me. They do not know how to handle the customer and speak with customer. I am not happy with Toyota service. Very badly service as compare to other brands. At the time of insurace thet was saying it is bumper to bumper insurance and will provide you good service. But it was fake promise by Toyota global insurance company. Was this information helpful? | |
