I have booked an INNOVA CRYSTA ZX(O) AT on 25/07/2022 with their dealer M/s Coimbatore Anamallais Agencies Pvt Ltd. coimbatore-104, Tamil Nadu with booking receipt no 4161.
On 30 Aug 2022 TKM has informed in press release stating the bookings of Innova crysta is stopped & also accepted to supply already booked vehicles with the dealers.
To my surprise no booking allotments were made & upon enquiry dealer offered a low variant that too manual which was not accepted by me because based on the booking confirmation of my above booking i have just sold my innova crysta 2.4 v purchased on 6/2/2021 just ran 14000 km.
My complaint to TKM Customer care had no response & the same was reforwarded to the same dealer whom i was complaining.
I Presume the customer care system is inadequate or the do it volunterely??
Dealer declared no Diesel vehicles will be supplied by TKM and requested for changing my booking to TOYOTA HYCROSS with priority commitment on delivery.
Based on their commitment i have changed my booking to newly launched HYCROSS .
Even the second batch received at dealer premises were allocated to others as per dealers choice.
can i file a consumer complaint??
