Toyota — Non Refund of Booking Amount

We hand booked Glenza on 14th August 2019 with your dealer Galaxy Toyota, Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi,

I have enclosed copy of booking order.

Due to unavoidable personal circumstances, we could not proceed with purchase & same was informed within 15 Days of Booking to the office of Galaxy Toyota, Lajpat Nagar.

It has been for almost an year, we have been repeatedly, given false assurances of refund by dealer Inspite of many visits to the showroom.

We are feeling that the delay is deliberate & insulting and sole purpose is to harass us.

We demand that our booking amount to be paid immediately with penal interest at 18%, failing which we will approach the consumer court with grievance for justice.
