Toyota — Quality and Service centre competency and Cheating

Ticket No. for the same: TCM[protected] created by Toyota.

This is an issue by Toyota for their BSVI cars. The software settings provided by Toyota on their BSVI FOrtuner cars is such that it leads to failure of Injector and Catalytic converter.

Toyota instead of acting on this and accepting their fault, charge a hefty amount from car owners.

We have raised our concerns in detail against the aboive ticket number, however, are struggling to be compensated by Toyota / Galaxy Toyota Moti Nagar.

I received call from Toyota confirming they would review the complaint but further there is no reponse
