Dear team, i would like to inform you that i bought car from your ludhiana punjab india dealer called "globe toyota ludhiana" on 05.11.2018 and still i am not able to get original registration till date 26.07.19 almost eight month passed even i remind & follow up so many time to your ludhiana dealer employees including there customer care executive. Due to not available of original registration & it has been pending since last 8 month, we have got harassed by traffic policy several time.
Also there is problem of water leaking in right rear door (We pay such a big amount for brand new car not for quality check fail cars), which i inform to globe toyota ludhiana dealer service team twice but still no one get it rectify. But now i need replacement of this car otherwise will sue in the court because i am getting such a nonsense harassment from your team since i bought this car.
Globe toyota ludhiana service is very very poor & need action on this with in a week time else see you in the court.
