My experience with Toyota Lakozy Auto Pvt Ltd has been an absolute disaster, and I'm not holding back in sharing my frustrations. I booked an Innova Hycross on 11/03/2023, and the ordeal began from that very day.
1. Unforgivable Delays: It's mind-boggling how they've managed to stretch the delivery time for my car. I handed over 4 lakhs as a downpayment, the loan was approved and disbursed, and I've even paid one EMI, but my car? Nowhere in sight. Is this a cruel joke?
2. Silence Speaks Volumes: The deafening silence from the dealership is infuriating. No one bothers to pick up the phone or send a message to update me on the status of my vehicle. It's as if they think they can toy with customers' time and money without any accountability.
3. Apathetic Contact Person: The so-called contact person at the showroom, Team Leader - Mohinder Singh ([protected]), has shown a shocking lack of empathy and interest in addressing my concerns. It's almost impressive how someone can be so unresponsive in a customer service role.
4. Paying for Nothing: I've already started paying EMIs for a car that's nowhere to be found. This is not just frustrating; it's daylight robbery. I didn't sign up for a phantom car; I signed up for an Innova, and I expect to have it by now.
In conclusion, Toyota Lakozy Auto Pvt Ltd has proven itself to be a complete disaster. Their never-ending delays, appalling communication, and utter neglect of customer concerns are inexcusable. I wouldn't wish this ordeal on my worst enemy. Buyers, beware, and consider your options carefully before dealing with this dealership.
