[Resolved]  Toyota U Trust — Unprofessional Behavior & Sold Faulty Car

Hi,

I would like to inform you all about the Unethical Selling from the Sales Team o[censored]Trust.

I bought a Honda Civic 2006 Model Barring Number KA 51 M 8006 for 5 Lacs in Bangalore, Bommanahalli. They have sold the car stating the car been checked thourghly & in Excellent Condition.

The next day we found that there is an Issue with regards to the rear Suspension. The car been taken to Popular Motors ( So Called subsidiary of Nandi Toyota). The car been checked & they could not resolve the issue. Then the car been taken to Magnum Honda. The Service Engineer was Lindo( Which Utrust People claimed that they have a tie up with them which was untrue). The issue could not resolve the issue where UTrust people felt it is useless to correct it. This process took 50 Days. After fighting with Utrust they decided to take the car back.

But with a depreciation of INR 35, 000/ Rupees ( Take a Deep Breath. It is true). Moreover they did not give my money back. I was made to sit there from 10 A.M. to 6.30 P.M and sold a VW Vento for Premium Price. Now the Sad Part is that Vehicle had a accident History( Not a Major One.) but the Ex-Owner sold the car because of that.After taking the delivery we found that there is an issue with the Brake Pad & Inter Cooler. which Utrust Claims Its Wear & Tear.

These guys are not better than any Road Side Dealer. Only better thing is they do the body work. Dont think that they do that 123 Quality Checks & Others. They will not even check the Service History.
