Trade Me Shop — Online Fraud using PAYU

I also place an order but not receive it is froud not validate email id or contact number

I have placed an order on 1 September 2021.
Dint recieve it yet..
Tried contacting the trademe shop over phone and mail.. it's all vain..

Recieved the mail like this

I placed an order on 31th August 2021 but item not received till now.
But till date i.e. 14.09.2021 item not received or refund amount not received. Also trademeshop.com side not open. This online site is fraud.
I want to refund my money
