Tradeindia.com — Fraudulent call received through Tradeindia masking inquiry mode

We received a call on 23rd August 2021 From Mr. Jora singh through Tradeindia platform as we are the premium member of Trade India since last 8 months. This buyer was interested in our soaps and wanted to order 500/pieces and enquired about our logistic services just like any other customer and we found him reliable as it was through TradeIndia .
On 24th August he wanted to make advance 50% advance as per our Terms and conditions and since he wanted to make the payment through phone pe mode. When the client tried to make the payment of 20, 000/ through phone pe inspite of the amount being credited it Got Debited from our account.
We tried to get this fixed but the customer was just dodging our calls and then called consecutively for 3 days and ask us to take the payment just like the way he did before .We really got so worried and did not know how to deal with this situation. This person is a fraud and we checked he is being doing like to many others .
We brought this case to tradeindia notice with all our What app chats, Bank account details, and all the details we had.
We called Mr. Deepak our account manager, Mr. Ravi Bakshi ( Regional manager T.I New Delhi). We mailed them attached all the docs we had with us, they did not revert or called us back. we again mailed them after waiting for 7 days ( 1 sep, 2021) and called them from our end and all they had to say that it was our mistake and we should have been cautious and trade india have nothing to do with this.
I really wonder after paying them 70, 000 RS for 2 years for their B To B portal, we expected some business however we landed up with extra loss of 20, 000/. we are really so despondent and worried for doing any further business with them as they have no secured data network, no Authenticity of clients/ No proper CRM system that can filter the inquiries that are mailed .
we cant trust Trade india portal anymore as the Client personal information can easily be misused by anyone. Anyone can just simply access to our business information.
We believe in this consumer forum and look forward to get Compensation from TradeIndia and they should be given legal notice as such cases are rising and company is not doing any thing about it. They have taken the money and now doing nothing.
we are an Msme, and we cant afford any such losses now and in near future.

We got connected with Mr.Prakhar Nigam customer relation manager on sep 2nd 2021 from Tradeindia .We had to go through the same conversation all over again. We requested him to revoke our contract with Tradeindia for the fraudulent activity which happened on August 23rd 2021 via their mask inquiry system since there is no assurance and security to prevent such fraudulent acts in near future . We can't trust on the system anymore. We requested them to refund our membership fee and a letter of apology.
This is the case of absolute negligence and if not taken seriously many innocent buyers like us will play Victim.

We are just waiting for their response !

We are shocked to read your reply and reason of declining our request to revoke the contract with your company .

FYI :
1) Your pledge of standing with us against the fraudulent activity is vague as there was no response from Trade india even after 7 days of writing to you officially, on day 8 we called ourself to know how your company will handle the loss and harassment we faced due to your ignorance and pathetic customer service.

2) Trade India has no whatsoever TAT to resolve its paid members utmost important complaint .

3) After 8 long days of wait and continuous harassment by the fraudulent caller we get to speak with CRM Mr Prakhar Nigam who was surprisingly told about the incident on the conference call itself which shows how important we as paid members are to your company. We payed a sum of 70000/- for this pathetic customer service ?

4) such ignorant customer service behaviour has been raised in the past too by us .

5) THERE HAS BEEN A BREACH OF CONTRACT BY TRADE INDIA BECAUSE WE AT RUSA HERBAL WERE NEVER EDUCATED ABOUT EXPECTING FRAUDULENT CALLS THROUGH PORTAL NOR ANY ONLINE OR OFFLINE TRAINING WAS PROVIDED BY ANY TRADE INDIA EMPLOYEE.
WE WERE ONLY INFORMED ABOUT GENUINE AND EXHAUSTED LEADS AND BUYERS .

6) THERE HAS BEEN A BREACH IN CONTRACT BY GIVING FALSE CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT ASSURANCE .

7) OVER THE CONFERENCE CALL WITH MR ASLAM AND MR PRAKHAR THEY CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT THE COMPANY TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY OF ANY FRAUD CALLS OR TRANSACTIONS THEN THIS CLEARLY MEANS SUCH FRAUDULENT CALLS AND CLIENTS CAN HARRAS US AGAIN IN FUTURE .

8) Having paid for your premium services why RUSA HERBAL WAS KEPT IN DARK ABOUT SUCH FAKE AND FRAUDULENT CLIENTS AND CALLS.

AS PER INTERNET AND CYBER CELL SUCH INCIDENTS TAKE PLACE EVERY DAY THEN WHY NO AUTOMATED MAIL OR MESSAGE WAS SEND THROUGH TRADE INDIA TEAM WHY THERE WAS NOT A SINGLE CALL IN PERSON IN THE REGARD OF TRAINING ?

(YOUR SMALL POP UP DID NOT HELP US NEITHER WILL HELP ANY TRADE INDIA MEMBER .)
YOUR EFFORTS ARE TOO SMALL TO EDUCATE YOUR MEMBERS THATS WHY EVERY DAY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IS HAPPENING VIA TRADE INDIA PORTAL .

TRADE INDIA’s NAME AND POSITION IS UNDER BIG QUESTION MARK !

WHY WE RECEIVED A MAIL ABOUT CYBER SECURITY WEBINAR RIGHT AFTER THIS FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY TOOK PLACE ?

ONLY REASON TRADE INDIA HIDES THE TRUTH THAT THERE IS NO LEAD FILTERS AND FRAUDS ARE USING TI AS A MEDIUM TO LOOT .

9)TRADE INDIA IS A B2B not B2C YOU CANT LET ANYONE REACH YOUR PREMIUM CLIENTS THROUGH CALLS OR MAILS OR ENQUIRY WITOUT HAVING COMPLETE PROFILE CHECK OF THE CUSTOMER AND YOUR COMPANY SHOULD HAVE A FILTER SYSTEM FOR THE SAME .

10) HENCE FORTH ON THE BASIS OF BREACH IN CONTRACT MENTIONED IN PARAH 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9.The contract has been revoked and we expect a full refund of 70000/- paid to trade india by RUSA HERAL .

Also we at RUSA HERABL have experienced unethical business attitude from trade india with absolutely no business in our tenure associating with your company .

Kindly mention the email Address of the authorities you have mentioned in the mail and your official address.

This is the our final personal Mail conversation with Trade India if no positive response till Monday is provided then our lawyer will get in touch with the company .

Further, I have looped in my lawyer regarding the concern, and going further all the correspondence will be addressed by him on my behalf.

Its been almost 3 days since we last heard from Tradeindia.
CRM manager Mr Prakhar Nigam failed to justify the reasons and give us any satisfactory respond, we are going to file a Legal case against Tradeindia.
Again no TAT and Zero customer service from Tradeindia !
