We received a call on 23rd August 2021 From Mr. Jora singh through Tradeindia platform as we are the premium member of Trade India since last 8 months. This buyer was interested in our soaps and wanted to order 500/pieces and enquired about our logistic services just like any other customer and we found him reliable as it was through TradeIndia . On 24th August he wanted to make advance 50% advance as per our Terms and conditions and since he wanted to make the payment through phone pe mode. When the client tried to make the payment of 20, 000/ through phone pe inspite of the amount being credited it Got Debited from our account. We tried to get this fixed but the customer was just dodging our calls and then called consecutively for 3 days and ask us to take the payment just like the way he did before .We really got so worried and did not know how to deal with this situation. This person is a fraud and we checked he is being doing like to many others . We brought this case to tradeindia notice with all our What app chats, Bank account details, and all the details we had. We called Mr. Deepak our account manager, Mr. Ravi Bakshi ( Regional manager T.I New Delhi). We mailed them attached all the docs we had with us, they did not revert or called us back. we again mailed them after waiting for 7 days ( 1 sep, 2021) and called them from our end and all they had to say that it was our mistake and we should have been cautious and trade india have nothing to do with this. I really wonder after paying them 70, 000 RS for 2 years for their B To B portal, we expected some business however we landed up with extra loss of 20, 000/. we are really so despondent and worried for doing any further business with them as they have no secured data network, no Authenticity of clients/ No proper CRM system that can filter the inquiries that are mailed . we cant trust Trade india portal anymore as the Client personal information can easily be misused by anyone. Anyone can just simply access to our business information. We believe in this consumer forum and look forward to get Compensation from TradeIndia and they should be given legal notice as such cases are rising and company is not doing any thing about it. They have taken the money and now doing nothing. we are an Msme, and we cant afford any such losses now and in near future. Was this information helpful? | |||
