Trai — complaint against reliance communication (without informing balance deducted) | |||||
Dear reliance team & grievance, This is infrom to that actually i've complaint about regrading of my relaince gsm premium number which was [protected] wrongly debited my balance in daily basis (Rs.3+3+3=9) with out any information or intimation why i don't know, what is the wrong with me??? R you joking with me hmmmmmmmmm??? I would like to file my extreme dissatisfaction with reliance communication customer service. Your response really don't make any sense to my earlier email. I asked to your manager to reply me as an evidence of highest point escalation. But still you don't bother to any words what i say here. I'm sill unable to received any positive response from your customer service representative and mailing team. Why the hell you neglect to consider any of my emails. I have been paying for a faulty reliance 4g service for more than used 7th years now and this is a reoccurring issue with your servers which keeps coming back it has happened 5 times in last 6 months. (Kindly note that :- don't tell me we are unable to process the request for the waiver. If you don't wish to receive these sms in future then we request you to deactivate flash sms service and keep your handset in lock mode when not in use to avoid dialing o[censored]ssd codes which results in ussd service activation. To deactivate the flash sms service, kindly perform the procedure in your handset as given below: go to r menu r live activation deactivate ok assuring you of our best services always. Thank you for contacting reliance customer care.) your inefficient team is not able to resolve this issue and no manager from your team is ready to take accountability to fix it. Such is the pathetic situation Who is going to pay for the faulty service? How do you compensate me for your service not working for almost for a complete month? It's a totally miss managed service that reliance gsm is giving services also totally unsatisfied with the service. I should say these organizations are charging money in regular basis for not giving any facility, they are not cooperative. They charges for every damn thing and they are cheating the employees, organizations because they don"t think about customer and they are only worried about their quarterly profit. Where is the proof that my case has been escalated. I am really struggling hard to write up decent words in my email. Because i just see that you guys continuously don't give any damn to my request. And from the very beginning i am telling you that you guys are pathetic and highly unprofessional mailing team & backend team. I am trying to find my way to complain you in public ⛣ forum nothing more else. What i am looking for against my complaint??? 1. Kindly stop ✋ this fraud working, without any concern valuable balance was deducted from my main account why i don't know what to do??? 2. The outgoing and incoming services should be activated on my mobile with incoming and outgoing services. 3. The network problem should be resolved as soon as possible or i should be given a deadline for resolving the same. Kindly do needful immediately and as soon as possible and take action against backend and technical team nothing more else also will be should try to give best services of valuable customer.
