Trai — hathway cable tv operator complaint for forcing bouquet

I am a hathway cable tv customer, but my operator is not providing the channel which is selected by me, they are forcing us for a pack, which is not as per trai regulation, but they are misusing of their rights.
I am attaching the copy of my selected channel from the hathway website.
Kindly help us on the above issue, so we can use of our rights.

I sanket from Hyderabad, using Hathway setup box, activated only 2 category of pay channel, but iam not any free channels since activated the pay channel.. I have paid Rs 250/- also

Rectify the problem as soon as possible

Didn't solve the problem about dish TV channels.i will call customer service they didn't responding.since one week dish TV not working.customer service didn't servicing.

My VC no. is[protected] to complaint no. 5266637, against to Den Cable Network on date 15 march 2019 and again calling to customer care no. 17 march 2019 but not any response to me and not solve my problem.

I complaint before 10 days before but not solve. And not given properly response

I am using Hathway cable connection from local services provider.
After reporting multiple times still getting worse service.
Complaints are as below -
1. Though we are paying in advance for recharge, recharge gets expired, then we have to call local services provider.
2. Don't pick a call in 1st attempt, picks only after 11am.
3. Half of the time technical problem banner appears on TV screen, report that cable connection is loose at hub level, but still no response.
