Trai — hathway operator forcing to use their pack

I am a hathway cable tv customer from rohini delhi, i have selected some channels on[protected] which i am able to view, now the cable operator is calling that my cable will be discontinue from[protected]

Now they are forcing to use a pack according to them then which will take 2 days to activate otherwise it will take 7-8 working days to activate the selected channels and valid only upto 28th of the following month.
When i am paying for a month according to trai regulation then why my operator is not providing the channel which is selected by me for full month, which is not as per trai regulation, but they are misusing of their rights.

Kindly help us on the above issue, so we can use of our rights.

In continuation of my earlier complaint on the above subject St 23/03/19.

Yash cable TV charge is so haiest he is compalsary recharge to his Usha pack plus costmar selected Channel and hi collected cable charg Rs.160 and Usha pack price is so haiest

Some channels is not activate in my new packages i already complaint so many times in 15 days. but not solve the problems. i already rechaged 2nd time.
Cable ka pahle charg bad gya hai jo hme 250 m 250 chhenal milte the wo ab hme 600 se 700 dene padte hai kam kaha huaa ye to or bad gya

I have book new connection of Dishtv online and discuss with customer care that he will provide me titanium Pack then he said ok one month subscription free but when i see most of the HD channel not work so please provide me solution I have call to customer care regular in touch but they dont get response
I have paid online Rs.1799.00 to TATA Sky towards installation of tata sky dish and one month rent on 27th Feb 2019 and connection was to start from 1st March 2019, neither dish/connection was installed nor my payment is refunded. Now Tata Sky is not responding
