Trai — non adherence to trai guidelines by tata sky | |
My tata sky dth semi annual (6 months) expired on 19.1.2019. I have been requesting them for the last few days to provide me the pricing of channels under the recent directions of trai so that i would subscribe to channels of my choice. Their response to my telephone calls was that they have no information yet on the new pricing and that i should go for renewal as per the existing tariff. There is no response to my e-mails to them. The service provider is violating the directions of trai in the matter of providing choice of channels. They want to buy their packages which are expensive and contain many channels which customers would not watch. Thus, tata sky is indulging in anti-customer and restrictive trade practices. They should implement trai guidelines immediately in letter and spirit. Was this information helpful? | |

My account rechaged last week still tv not working and many times complain to them there is no response my dish tv

Sir my Videocon d2h id is[protected] and we are facing lot more problem last few months and Videocon customer care talking to very rudely with me plz check and take hard action thanks
