Trai — sun direct - signal issue after trai rules | |||
I have sun direct dth, it was working smoothly till trai rule. Now a days i didn't get signal. I have spoke with service provider, but they just asking the error code and says need technician support with service charge. I am not using free service from service provider. I have already done recharge, they have to provide support. Trai have to give option of portability like simcard. Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear TRAI I am Videocon D2H user and my user I'D is[protected]. I have already a recharge on my card but since from last 15 day's they won't received my call on their customers care number. Please initiatie action against my request because I'm tired to this lazy service.
My subscription no is [protected] with a l6 months duration pack valid till June 2019. My services have been disrupted and forcing me to Choose packs, which I am against.
As per newspaper reports, long duration pack should not be disrupted as stated by TRAI chief. Kindly advise the service provider to honour the guidelines of TRAI

I have taken a pack of Rs.421 from Tatasky
However, they are charging Rs.620
They are not allowing me to choose my channels..Their website does not allow us to do anything nor their employees help us to reduce our bill amount
They are blaming TRAI for charging excessively
