Travalook — Money not refunded

I have booked a air ticket for kolkata from gwalior on 23/06/21 from travolook .com. But after 2-3 min i got a call from travolook and an email that my booking is being canceled and my money will be refunded in 10-15days. But till now its being more than a month i have not received my refund and no one is attending the call on customer support...I am in a need of money urgently
please help me with this
