Travel Triangle — Complaint for special inclusion we have added in our tour package.

We booked kerala tour package from Travel Triangle with Trivale Unbounded travel agent. In this package they included Special Honeymoon inclusion in which they are supposed to provide Special Candle light dinner with Cake and flower decoration in any of the hotel we want in our package's itinerary. But now they are refusing to provide us this all the items. Today ie. On 23rd May 2023 is our last night in this package i am requesting from 3 days to provide this all things but they are not responding. They doesn't want to provide this all things. Please solve this problem by today only if possible otherwise it was a big loss of ours. If they don't provide this all things then we want refund for all that items so we can arrange it ourselves from outside. This is my second complaint against this travel agent. The Complaint regarding Houseboat is also pending there. Please solve both the complaints as soon as possible.
