I planned to go on Sunday and Monday from Delhi to Mussoorie. On Saturday I saw in google this agency and I sent a request about information of a tour. Later someone contacted me and I agreed with her offer, I asked for a driver who can speak English more than one time, and she didn't answer anything about it. I paid a part, to me all the process was normal. She told me to coordinate with the driver. When I called him I noticed he couldn't speak English. I told him to pick me up at 6.30 am on Sunday. Next day I was ready on time, but since I hadn't received any update from him, I called him, he told me in 30 minutes will pick me up. But 1 hour later I called him again and he told me something in Hindi so I didn't understand, and he hung up. I called to all the phone numbers from travel triangle I have, and nobody answered me. At 9.15 am, someone called me and told me that in 1 hour would come other driver. Then I told him, that since I'm going later, so I should have a discount, and he told me that first I needed to arrive to my destiny. The driver arrived at 11.40, and the AC of the car wasn't working and the car was overheated. I called again to cancel and request the refund and he offered me other driver in 1 hour, and I told him that it was impossible, what I would do in Mussoorie that day if I would arrive at so late? he told me that I should accept the 3rd driver, since its not possible to get refund. Then, I have been asked the refund by an email, and some days later they answered me that they will no refund me. I feel like I've been cynically robbed by this company.

We have all written communication and this is a clear case of defamation .
1.You had made the payment and we had booked your hotels once you had done the payment .After the payment you wish to cancel the booking and don't wish to pay the Cancellation Charges to Breakbag and Travel Triangle, this is an injustice .
2.You had mentioned in the complaint that we threatening you via phone calls & Email, its a false statement and you are again trying to defame us again without any relevant proof.being a customer you don't have any right to injustice with us by not paying the Cancellation fees as per policy and posting a complaint with our name.
3.You had made the payment after checking all Cancellation Charges and Checking all details and you are trying to defame us in public.We have all relevant proof to substantiate every single details .
To all the customer who is reading this review we have attached the hotel vouchers where we had booked the hotels and post booking the guest wish to Cancel without paying as per Cancellation Policy and Defame us, this is absolutely injustice to us.I would request the website admin to please remove the review as its affecting the brand reputation with no means.

Don't lie and mislead the information. I clearly said that don't book anything until I get's the refund. Without my confirmation how do you book the hotel and there is a clear WhatsApp evidence. I will produce anywhere. You want to cheat innocent Indian citizen and looted the money. Why do you have such a useless cancellation policy and not protecting the consumer and taking entire money as cancellation charges. You don't speak about injustice ok. You know fair justice you can deduct the cancellation charges and pay the balance amount to customer.
