Dear Sir, I am R Raguraman, have booked a kerala tour for the period 11 March 2020 to 14 March 2020. Due to Covid, the same was postponed and was communicated by your executive from be touristo agent. For the tour, I had made an advance payment of INR 14, 000 which is lying with your account. Kindly settle my payments as I have not availed any of your services and not likely to avail any vacation in the near future. I have communicated the same with your executive for several times and was advised to write a mail to your official mail. Please take necessary action to remit my money back.
