This is in reference to my booking placed on 9th October for a Bali trip during April'2021 with Happy Holidays. [Booking ID: 7535338]
I have made an advance payment of 10k as a token for the land package.
On the evening of 9th October, I have msged you that I would be required to cancel the trip due to some unavoidable circumstances in my family. These situations were sudden and I have no control over them.
As per the cancellation policy, which says, "Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order"...so I have communicated over sms and email within 12 hours of placing the order.

Now I am being told that there cannot be any refund, i "have to" travel to Bali with same agent before 20th Dec'2021.

      Kerala Tour advance - Refund settlement

      Dear Sir,

      I am R Raguraman, have booked a kerala tour for the period 11 March 2020 to 14 March 2020. Due to Covid, the same was postponed and was communicated by your executive from be touristo agent. For the tour, I had made an advance payment of INR 14, 000 which is lying with your account.

      Kindly settle my payments as I have not availed any of your services and not likely to avail any vacation in the near...

      I want to escalate the refund claim matter which is not yet resolved and its been more than a year since i am following with travel triangle and it's partner aadi travels. My travel details are below:
      Travel triangle booking id- 5489546
      Email id: agarwal.[protected]@gmail.com
      Contact number: [protected]
      Countries travelled: singapore and Malaysia
      Travel dates: from nov 2019
      Travel partner: aadi travels through travel triangle
      Refund amount: 800sgd

      Issue: when we asked for trip quote from travel triangle, there were number of travels agents who gave their quotes and we selected aadi travels amongst them. However inclusions from our itinerary like food, site visits etc were not covered during our trip and the person co-ordinating with us (Santosh) ensured that the amount will be refunded once we are back. Now, we are not getting any resolution - the last email from travel triangle said aadi travel has been absconded. Post which we tried to know when would the matter be resolved but we are not receiving any response from travel triangle to any of our email. Also the person from travel triangle (Arzoo chabria) who was coordinating with us while booking and with whom we finalized the travel package isn't picking our calls nor responding to our messages (Screen shot attached). Request you to look into the matter and take actions please. The customer care listens to the issue and hangs up the phone. The

        It's regarding my andaman trip booked through travel triangle (Trip id: 6884355) for package of their registered travel agent "andaman live holidays" for the period 18-23 may'2020. I had made half payment of rs 15250 to travel triangle online while booking. But, unfortunately due to covid-19 pandemic and lockdown, the trip could not be undertaken. Now, travel triangle is saying certain portion of my amount is with them and another portion is with their travel agent, if i wish i should adjust with another trip or otherwise, in case of cancellation, they will deal as per pre-covid cancellation terms, which means loss of my money.
        So, kindly help me in getting back my amount, which they are unlawfully blocking.

          I booked my dubai trip#4791583 from travel triangle in january 2020 which then in the month of may i started requesting to cancel my trip due to the covid pandemic.

          As per the email chain going on with travel triangle team and their partners desi yatri, i am giving below the details of my amount which is stuck with them.

          As per the calculation, i have paid inr 91, 000/-*. Out of this amount, inr 71, 499/-* has been transferred to desi yatri. They assured to issue a credit note for the amount that will be left with them after the airline cancellation charges. Inr 19, 501/- * is still pending with tt, which travel triangle should refund back to me after deducting their cancellation charges

          I would just request to please help me in getting my money back as no one from any team is replying me no matter how many emails i am sending to them.

            My trip id is 6966269. My trip was supposed to be in june but due to covid had to move to december. Now december also doesnot look its possible as no flights to mauritius has been started. I have been following up on email, facebook messenger with the agents regarding if december can be post poned to next year as i have paid 88 thousand plus amount with tt but nobody has been responding.in messenger tt sees the message but nobody bothers to respond. If these guys are not interested in responding then provide the cancellation details and my refund. They are not responding to those emails still. I am not sure if travel triangle is closing due to covid as they laid off more than 250 employees so i am really not sure if i will see my money too. Tt if you are reading this message either call, respond or provide solution. Sad state of affairs

              Hi everyone,

              I booked my honeymoon package to bali, indonesia in jan, 2020 (Booking id: 6027884) under my wife’s name i. E. Avjit kaur.

              I was in canada that time, on january 2020, i made wire transfer to the bank details that was given to me, you can see in attached file.

              I returned to india, travel triangle contacted me that the payment hasn’t been received. I was told to pay again otherwise the package will be cancelled.

              They assured me that once the payment reflected into their account, it will be reimbursed. So i paid the whole amount again in two installments, you can see attached.

              Before returning to canada, i checked with them again if they have received the amount yet, which they told me they didn’t.

              I came back to canada in march, i checked with my bank regarding the status of wire transfer which i was told that the money is already sent out, they tracked it and found the other bank has the money since jan 7, 2020.

              My bank even told me that other bank got the money but they are not releasing it to receiver’s account, its on hold. Its receiver’s bank issue which he/she has to resolve with their bank.

              I am contacting travel triangle guys since ever then, i already gave them tracking id, swift code, all the proofs that they need to show to their bank. But i haven’t got the money back. It was 56, 000 + rupees.

              So my concern is that when can i have my money returned?

              I am writing this mail for someone to have a look at it asap and please follow up.

              I expect more professionalism from the travel triangle team in customer’s support after being such a big name in the market.

                Hi, i had cancelled my honeymoon trip due to covid-19 in the month of march 2020. I have paid 60, 000rs and i haven't received any refund amount from travel triangle so far. I have been following up with them for my refund, they have deducted 14300 as pre cancellation charges and 2300 as travel triangle charges and remaining 43000 they have given a credit note. I have requested for a refund of 43000 considering the cancellation charges. However still i didnt get any amount from tt. They are not responding to the calls & emails as well. For everyone covid is something new and i have agreed for the cancellation charges and asked to pay my remaining amount 43000 still they not responding. I need to file a complaint on tt. Faking many of them. Its been 6 months i'm waiting for my refund. They dont even have a courtesy to inform us on anything. If we are getting proper response from tt we wouldn't posted all these in complaint box. Now the complete hope is gone. I need my refund at the earliest. Also, people whoever contacted me before payment is not active right now.

                Yesterday I have got a call from a person by mentioning that he is from consumer complaint team.When I have explained him the query he has told me that you have received 25k voucher that you need to apply in Google pay. He explained the steps. That seems to be really cheat I have strongly told no to the options he asked me to do..later he told he will repay the amount to the same account.no response after that...is that fake or????

                  This was my first and thanks to your unprofessional behaviour, it will surely be my last time where i contact your company for a holiday package.

                  I will make sure to convey to my friends and relatives about the incompetent behaviour and inability of your company to satisfy or resolve their customer's issues in order to protect them from unethical and unprofessional people From the last 3 months i have been tirelessly trying to reach your employees for grievance rehearsal but no one is responding and resolving my issue During pandemic where each and every company is contributing by safeguard their customer's interest and resolving their issues which includes refunding maximum amount. However on your part no one has cared to even look into the matter

                  I submitted the token amount in Mar, 20 but due to Covid -19 your company haven't booked the hotel for my accommodation.
                  In such scenario i am liable to full refund or else i will file a complaint against you with consumer court for harassing and fraudulent dealings.

                  Rest communication happened over call. So you can understand from this messages what they are going to communicate and here she is talking about 900 rs wave off i.e travel triangle convince fees.

                  This all policy is before covid-19 and i haven't cancelled my trip, this trip cancelled by your company because in July 2020 you are not able to organised any trip, so why cancellation charges applicable on me.
                  Show me where i said that i want to cancel my trip due to any personal reason.Other organisations also refund full amount.

                      Due to the pandemic, we had to cancel our trip to Thailand. Since our flights were non refundable, we had requested the Agent to initiate request for the airport tax refund, which is the minimum they can do. Since the flights were booked by the agency, we dont have authority to raise a refund request in the AirAsia portal and has to be done by the agency itself. Till date, we have got no response for the same. This is the minimal service the agency can provide at this time, requesting you to do the same ASAP.

                        Hi, i booked trip to europe through holiday triangle travel private limited, whose corporate office address is plot no 29, 3rd 4th floor, dynamic house, maruti industrial complex, sector 18, gurugram alongwith their travel partner travalot and my booking id is 7047883. I have made 1st payment of inr 20, 000 on 19th feb 2020 and 2nd payment of inr 1, 30, 000 on 22nd feb 2020. Travel triangle along with it’s travel partner travalot have cancelled our booking on 22nd april 2020 due to coronavirus situation. Since then we are following-up for money refund, however nobody is responding our queries. Please help us in getting our refund.                           I had booked sandesh, the prince hotel for 3 days from 14 to 17th august and paid in full. Despite this when i arrived at the hotel they refused to accept the booking saying they haven't received anything from travel triangle. Travel triangle has not been responding to our calls/emails.

                            I booked my trip via craft holiday planners (Ref no 7050356). Due to covid 19, we were unable to travel on the said dates and as per options given at your end, we preferred for refund option. I am following up with your backend team (Deepanshu juneja) along with craft holiday planners since may'20 but i am not getting satisfactory result. I haven't got refund yet. On my continuos followup l, the said travel agency is telling us that the concerned airline has not yet opened their office. Please understand, we cannot wait further

                                My travel trip id is : - 6972105. We had booked a trip through travel triange. Due to covid-19 crisis we are not able to go on trip.

                                As per government rules has come, they should have refund our money because we are not responsible for cancelling this trip.

                                  I booked my trip via travel triangle to bali (Indonesia) booking id 6367946 but due to some unavoidable circumstances i have to cancelled my travel trip and inform it to my travel agent (Travelope
                                  Agent name raunak) a day before our trip ie. Dated 31 january 2020.
                                  Kindly provide my refund amount for trip it's been a long time earlier they said we processed your refund amount after lockdown but now it's been a long time and nobody contacted me for so long.

                                    I had booked an online holiday tour package amount of Rupees ₹24, 100/- from Delhi to Kerala through the travel triangle and booking partner is Rocking Trip. The duration of this package was 11 April 2020 to 14 April 2020 and my Booking ID is 7171886. I had pay for this holiday package booking amount Rupees 14, 400/- though internet banking. Due to COVID19 (CORONA VIRUS) Epidemic situation, I have to decide to cancel to go on this tour and I had informed both Travel Triangle and Rocking Trip through Email and WhatsApp message. Now I want to refund my booking of Rupees 14, 400/- but they both are not refunding me my money. They both are saying this Epidemic situation is not mentioned in our company term and condition. Indian govt and India prime minister also said all the travel companies and hotels will fully refund the booking of our customers but they are not listening then and ignoring this condition. Respected Sir/Madam, I requested to you please refund me my booking amount of money. Please find the invoice details.

                                      Hi team, after multiple follow ups on toll free number and e mail i haven’t received any update on my refund on cancellation of my trip. It’s been 4 months still i haven’t received any sort of response from either travel triangle or from the vendor. Now if i call there customer service desk its getting disconnected frequently. Request you all to arrange the refund and help common people from this kind of scams.
