Hi everyone,
I booked my honeymoon package to bali, indonesia in jan, 2020 (Booking id: 6027884) under my wife’s name i. E. Avjit kaur.
I was in canada that time, on january 2020, i made wire transfer to the bank details that was given to me, you can see in attached file.
I returned to india, travel triangle contacted me that the payment hasn’t been received. I was told to pay again otherwise the package will be cancelled.
They assured me that once the payment reflected into their account, it will be reimbursed. So i paid the whole amount again in two installments, you can see attached.
Before returning to canada, i checked with them again if they have received the amount yet, which they told me they didn’t.
I came back to canada in march, i checked with my bank regarding the status of wire transfer which i was told that the money is already sent out, they tracked it and found the other bank has the money since jan 7, 2020.
My bank even told me that other bank got the money but they are not releasing it to receiver’s account, its on hold. Its receiver’s bank issue which he/she has to resolve with their bank.
I am contacting travel triangle guys since ever then, i already gave them tracking id, swift code, all the proofs that they need to show to their bank. But i haven’t got the money back. It was 56, 000 + rupees.
So my concern is that when can i have my money returned?
I am writing this mail for someone to have a look at it asap and please follow up.
I expect more professionalism from the travel triangle team in customer’s support after being such a big name in the market.
