[Resolved] Travel Triangle — travel booking not providing refund

I am writing this email to express the issue which i faced in my recent travel booking for kerala. I am currently resident o[censored]nited states, i am planning to get married on the month of may 2020 in india but due to covid 19 virus issues i postponed my marriage date to december 2020. There is no air flights are flying to india from unites states. It's difficult for me to travel to india in this circumtences. I requested my travel agent (Details below) to cancel my booking but as per the policy of the package they are charging me 25 present of the money for cancellation. But this is a geniuon reason for me to cancel the booking. The other travel companies like indigo they provided me the full refund. I am requesting your help in this regards. Please help me out.
