Trujet — Non assistance of representatives

On 16 Jan 2021 I booked trujet flight No 2T542 on 30 Jan 2021 at 1650h from Belgaum to Hyderabad which is connected to Spicejet flight No SG 932 at 1910h Hyderabad to Delhi through Easemy trip website. When I came Belgaum airport on 30 Jan 2021 the flight departure is rescheduled on 1715h. I went to truejet counter asked them why no call or message received me for rescheduled departure prior one day. They told me your email is not registered with us and you booked from Easemy trip. They will responsible for that. They suggested that you can easily pickup connecting Spicejet flight your luggage will transfer to connecting flight and our representative will pickup you at Hyderabad. So I will agree with him.But flight departured from Belgaum at 1740h and reached at 1845h at Hyderabad. No one representive of trujet came with me. Due to non assistance of representive I missed connecting Spicejet flight. I again booked AirAsia flight No 15 755 of cost of Rs 4800. May request refund the amount of Rs 4800.
