Ttd Online Booking — TTD -Failed transaction Refund

Hi Sir/Madam, My name is Ashokraja . I have booked a ticket for TTD E-special entry dharshan on 27th Aug 2020 for 5 members and 10 extra laddus Rs 2000. One Transaction got failed and i did not receive the ticket to email or to my ttd account. But the money was deducted from my Canara debit Card. I called customer care and i informed them about this and they told its failure from Merchant Site(TTD). Again i booked the ticket on the same day and it got failed again Rs2000 and i can’t received any mail from TTD . So please refund my Rs4000

TILL NOW ITS NOT BEEN CREDITED RS. 2000.00.
PLEASE HELP ME

I tried to book TTT Rs 300 tickets 2 with 2 laddus on 20/07/2021 with hdfc credit card but transaction failed and Rs703 amount deducted. Still I have not received Refund amount. please check and do the needful ASAP.

My name is Venu Gopal. I have booked a ticket for TTD E-special entry dharshan on 24th August 2021 for 5 members Rs 1750. One Transaction got failed and i did not receive the ticket details to my email or to my ttd account.

But the money was deducted from my HDFC Credit Card. I called customer care and informed the same about this and they told its failure from Merchant Site(TTD).

So please refund my Rs1750 to my credit account for my unsuccessful transaction and for your reference unsuccessful transaction detail.

Ticket Booking for 17th March'2022 was not successful through mobile number [protected] but amount of Rs.850/- was deducted from my ICICI Bank account. Kindly may refunded the same.

Ticket Booking date 23rd March 2022 was not successful, but amount of Rs.808.26/- was deducted from my HDFC Bank account. Kindly refund the same. Transaction reference number :[protected]

Booking failed amount deducted 1410

I booked tickets for 5 members special darshan with5 laddus but payment has deducted but not confirmed on the webportal but deducted from phonepe, as i contacted to TTD but he did not answer properly and saying it takes 10 days time for refund. Which is a big fraud TTD people are utilising the time and efforts of common man in the name of advance booking, and very poor portal for booking.
