I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the extremely poor after-sales service provided by TTK Prestige.
I purchased an induction stove just one week ago, and it has already developed an issue. I promptly contacted customer service and registered a complaint. Since then, I have been repeatedly assured that a technician would be sent to inspect the product.
However, it has now been more than 3 days, and no service person has visited. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response from the customer care team. Calls are either not answered or no clear update is provided.
It is highly disappointing that a reputed brand like TTK Prestige is failing to provide even basic service support for a product that is practically new. This kind of negligence causes inconvenience and raises concerns about product reliability and customer support.
I request immediate action to resolve this issue and arrange for a technician visit at the earliest. If this continues, I may be forced to escalate the matter further through appropriate consumer forums.
