Who has got all the time to go to consumer court and file a case, leaving his/her own job. These notorious companies are very much aware of this fact and dupe the customers. These cheats only make profits by duping customers and selling low quality product at high prices.
i have also purchased a prestige omega deluxe granite kadhai on 25 jan 2018 and after cooking 5-7 time we realized that the granite coating is leaving its taste on the food which we are cooking. and to conform that i boiled water in it, the boiled water also tasted bitter (कड़वा taste ). i booked complain to customer care service and got complain id luck2960145 and they told me to go for the local service center . i gave my kadhai to service cent at gorakhpur thy took 3 days to check and confirm it and after checking they also found the same problem that it has some manufacturing defect but they are saying that they don't provide warranty to the cookware this service center is only for electrical appliances ...
this type of service is really not expected by me and i don, t think from now i will ever buy any of the prestige product .

I would also like to give my feedback on prestige gas stove product. I would like to inform that prestige product is one of the worst product and it is just a brand name. Now prestige has lost there brand and there service is very poor. Let me explain. Gas stove knob broken then from past one week I am calling call centers and they are keep on informing us that our techincian will call today, today over, tommorow over, day after tommorow over but I dint receive any call from there service technican. Then Again I called call center again the same explanation saying that today our technicaian will call but we will not receive any call from service side. There is no good co-ordination between call center to service people finally customers are suffering. After 10 days of follow up today tecnician visited and he was trying put the knob which was not suitable to that gas stove model then I informed do not try to put other knob because it will not fit to that model, then he informed there is no spare you can contact service center. Without spare how a technican can visit to do the gas stove service. So my request to new customers who want to buy prestige product, do not waster your hard earned money by investing into prestige product where there is no service. So before you purchase any prestige product think twice or thrice whether to purchse prestige product or not.

We are also selling TTK Product for Past several years. I would know the TTK Customer care policy. Based on that, the customer used their product as per advice and product got damaged means they would accept to replace the defective product without any extra cost. I[censored] followed the instruction given by seller while using of product means you are having rights to avail the replacement as per warranty. So you may go ahead with your argument with service center. Also if it is not resolved means just go and file the complaint in consumer court.
