I have bought Prestige food processor almost 10 months ago from Vijay Sales Ahmedabad. From the same time I have raised 20 times complaint to Prestige Customer centre team But they are internally blaming different teams but not resolving my issue. Major 4 issues (1) Major all attachments are breaking frequently while we use food processor. (2) Juicer is only extracting 3 to 4 spoon of juice, so fill up one glass of juice we need to dismantle and clean juicer for almost 10 times and refit again and again. Also for extracting one glass of juice 2 glass of juice will go away with waste. (3) Chips making machine balance is uneven, so one side thick and other side thin. (4) There is product design issue for Juicer and Chips slicer, Juicer Jar provided for with 1.5 litre of capacity but only extracting 3 to 4 spoon in one go. So it not practical to use juicer at all. It took around 2 hours to extract juice for 4 member family and clean juicer for almost 40 times. Which is insane.
I have raised all above issues with prestige company Ahmedabad Customer centre team but neither they replied not they refunded my money.
