Turboshopp — issuing no refund for returned product against order t48520 | |||||
I have ordered ultra hd action camera from website turboshopp on 21/7/2017. After it got delivered to me, i paid rs. 1800 as cod against t48520. I found that quality is very cheap and does not meet the provided specifications. So i send it back to them via courier having consignment no. Z28192730 of dtdc courier on date 25/7/2017. After couple of days they said that they have received the product back and will issue refund in 7-10 days but its been more than 30 days. They didn't issued any refund even after providing my account details to them. They are doing fraud and not even have any service or contact number. Please do consider this issue asap. I am not interested in this ear phone because there is only the 1 quantity of ear phone but i want 2 . So thats why i want to return this ear phones . The cost of ear phone is too much high if there is 2 ear phone then i take it but there is only 1 ear phone. Its not a fair
