None of customer care numbers listed on website reachable. No response to mails or tweets. Very poor customer service no response at all. No status update of delivery product not delivered.

Even the order placement number is not working [protected]

I have send the phone to the company for reparing a year ago but till now I don't get any single information about the phone nd had not received the phone till now.. I will just wait now for few days then I have to complain in consumer complain cell... please do something urgently.. or then I have to take seriouse steps...

My order of a magnetic bracelet confirmed by tvc sky shop on 28/09/2015 . paid 2, 990 rs. by net banking.Till the date not received my product or refund. all the customer care numbers are not in use.no reply for emails.(sent emails on 26/12/15;30/01/2016;18/02/2016)

I have tried to contact their customer care on following numbers;

but they are not picking up phone.

Should I go to consumer court. Pl advice.

Hello I got the product that is Dr.Slim Tea on 1 week of november 2015 which was ordered in october 2015.. I have a complain regarding ur product which was sent by u..in which manufacturing date and batch number is already cut by u..why it is cut?..its an offence to cut the manufacturing date and batch no.. I have ordered Dhanalaxmi Kubera yentra from tvcskyshop.com. they are not yeat delivered my product. i waiting from 45 days still not delivery the product. every time i called to customer care people, they said within 4 days your product will shipped. but it doesn't happened from last 50 days. I made the payment of Rs.3490/- through SBI net banking on 12th September 2015 (for slender and shaper vibrating machine) bearing order number [protected] . Till now neither product has been shipped nor refunded my money. Many times I tried to make contact over customer care number, but always it is busy or they keep on transferring the calls and saying u will get it in 2-3 days. I sent dozens of email regarding this matter, and no response. Even their Team leader (Mr. Rajman) keeps on making fake commitments and none of them provides the managers number Till now they have not taken any steps to resolve my problem. It feels shameful to be in a society where fakers and fauds advertise their products on national television and many common man are being cheated by such companies which are a shame on the society and pretend to give the best product at affordable rates. I seriously will be happy to put an end to such fraud companies and take a serious action against them. for more such fraud cases you can also visit Facebook's page where many victims of this company have posted their complaints. Lets see if this forum makes a difference in a common mans approach towards closure of such fraud company. Kindly help in either DELIVERY OF PRODUCT OR REFUND.

I have signed a contract for C&F and delivery agents with the company a year back but the business was not started as the company intentions were not clear due to which I have asked for a refund but the company were initially denying the same but after repeated requests the company agreed to refund the amount after 6 months after deducting a fixed charge of rs.10, 000 but when the time for reversal came the company stated that they are in a financial crisis which will again take some time for refund. Now, the company officials are not replying to my mails and all company officials who were in touch states that they have left their jobs even the company Managing Director has sent me mails for my reversal but now he also doesn't revert to my mails. Therefore, I wanted to know how can a action be taken against the company, I can provide all the mails and agreement. It is clearly stated in the agreement that when the party wants the refund it will be refunded within a month, but till today its around 2 years no one gives a proper response and now they are not at all reverting to my mails and calls. The claim to be processed is of Rs 5 Lakhs
