The Slicer Dicer which came with Merlin 123 has its blade dismantled, kindly provide a suitable replacement or repair it.

I feel sorry for u, but I am using both Merlin 123 and Slicer Dicer from last 2 years & its working fantastic!!
Even i am also using the same product Merlin 123 from last one year and since it has no problem at all.
I agree with Mr Ketan even my Merlin 123 is working properly from last 8 months. It is such a wonderful product
As per my experience it is a awesome product of TVC which really help me in my kitchen. Thank you TVC for such a great product.

    Dear Sir,
    After watching Advertisement of Merlin Mixer on TV on dated 24/08/2010 for the first time I happily ordered 1 Set of Merlin Mixer from TVC Sky Shop & I got the delivery of same on dated 02/09/2010 for Rs. 3565/-

    After receiving the mixer on dated 02/09/2010 I was disappointed to see that Mixer was in broken condition so very next day on dated 03/09/2010 I have lodged 1st complained about it on your number [protected] & got the complain number[protected].

    But regret to inform you that even after complaining on 03/09/2010 no action has been taken from TVC Sky Shop So I had again called on their number regarding complain & Complain date along with name of people I have talked to for complaint is given below :

    1. 1St Complaint on 03/09/2010 they gave Complaint number i.e.[protected]& said wait for 2-3 days for further action from TVC.
    2. So I again called on 06/09/2010 & they said wait for a week & your Mixer will be replaced within Week. So waited for a week but nothing happened.
    3. So again called on 13/09/2010 after a week & talked to Mr. Raju Wagh & Vishal but they said we just note down complaints & forward the same to company. I was unsatisfied from their reply.
    4. So on 14/09/2010 again talked to Mr. Victor & he said your complain will be forwarded but nothing has been till today.
    5. So I again called for the 5th time & this time talked to Mr. Imran & this person has again given new complaint number i.e.[protected].

    I have mailed this complaint on dated 27/09/2010 but not received any reply hence finally I have thought of writing to you as I was not interested in repeating all the things again from getting complaint number to get new 3rd complaint number.

    customer is always right.
    It is the duty of shopkeeper to give a good product.
    TVCSkyshop need to replace the damaged article. If they donot do, consumer court can set them right by ordering a penalty up to 1 Lac Rupees and order replacement. more strictly consumer court can also order suspension of TV advertising if found Doubicious.

    Keep following up or lodge a case in consumer court.

    I agree with you. Even, i purchased a Cooking King with Free Silcer Dicer from them last month. First time i received the product in a damaged condition. I called customer service, they asked me send the product back to their Mira Road office. I paid the cartidge and send the same. After 15 days, i recieved the product again in the damaged condition. After making several calls, they said they cannot change and i can get it repaired from the local vendor. What the is this?

    Pathetic Service, Worst quality of products and no customer service.

    Will recommend people not to buy anything from them. They are Cheaters.

      I had purchased the above product over phone and even made payment thru credit card online on 7th aug'10

      I have not received the product inspite of my reminding the concerned. I had received the following SMS

      "Dear HELEENA SEN , We have Dispatched your product by Post Office AWB No EM[protected]IN,Cust Care against your Order OC2424365"

      On 26th Aug, I receive a call after so many days for delivery of product. I am then told that I have to pay fir HHS product as their is no credit card payment scheme in the company. I am not delivered the product.

      I sent an email to then on the email id - [protected]@tvcskyshop.com detauling everything on the 26th Aug and also warned that if the product in good condition is not delivered to me in the next 24 hrs, I would be forced to lodge a customer complaint of cheating against the company and so in the consumer forum. Yet till date there is no response.

      Please help.

        I had ordered Merlin 123 (Mixer Grinder) from TVC Sky shop on 14/08/2010 thru credit card. I was promised the delivery within 5 days.My Order No. 0C2428515. But till today (28/08/2010) I have not received the item. Repeated calls/mails to the company yeild nothing. The company always gives me the same answer 'wait for more days'. Now I am asking for the refund. But the company refuses to refund.

        Shall I register FIR against the company ? Pl help.

        go to www.eBay.in and search for shop " home_n_lights" . They have the original mixer also ( with Warranty ) and all spares too, you may call on [protected] too, it really helps !
        I think instead of complaining here you should contact to customer care of TVC. Customer care is the right place to help you in this matter.
        Ya Mr Sam is absolutely right. I think for your problem customer care is the correct place to solve it

          I disagree with this complaint because even i ordered the product by credit cared and i received it in 7 days. If you haven't why don;t you call on customer care department of the TVC sky shop,
          I agree to rehanjogia's comment that this is a site where serious issuies are discussed if as a consumer you are no contacting the company then how can you ask for redressal

          TVCsky shop — TVC ORDER NOT RECEIVED

          With reference to my order no.OW00011579 placed as a gift to my friend Dr. K. Venkateswarlu for his birthday on 15th, so for the items Smart Phone Android 2.2 (1) and 5 in 1 Air Bed (1) not reached to his address. I is to inform you that the mail and sms received says that items will receive within 24 hours of receive of payment. The order is palced on 09/09/2011. Myself have received SMS on mobile from your end (From Mobile No.[protected]) on 09.09.2011, stating as your product will be shipped in next 24 hours but after lapse of 12 days but still product not reach to me.
          Can you reply that by which courier have despatch and their Consignment Note number.
          When ever your toll free no.it will not work. The STD money we have to spend to talk to costumer care no. wait for hour together no one attends. Very bad customer service. Intern claims that TVCSKY shop is Number One, and lakhs of satisfied customers and items will deliveries within 48 hours is totally wrong. Without further delay pl. acknowledge and inform by email the actual position of despatch from your end.
          Hope for immediate action.

            I had bought a Slender Shaper from TVC sky shop. The same stopped functioning within one month. After speaking with the customer care executive i had sent the same to their Thane service center as advised by the customer care executive at my cost. More than 3 months have passed and several commitments of delivery within the week have gone. Lastly TVC says the warranty on the product is expired. Ridiculous but yet true, their attitude is that of a cheater, a cheater of trust.

            Am planning to move to consumer court for the mental agony TVC has put me and my family through.
            They did not even bother to call back on my phone complaints or or mail back to me on my written complaints. I still do not understand why this company has not been taken to court, i have seen several complaints basically on faulty products.

            I request all the aggrieved customers to come together, create a forum and file a case against TVC in all those places from where the respective customer belong and a joint case in one court against TVC.
            Lets fight back with these vultures who have been cheating on us time and again considering us to be a divided lot who cannot do anything to the companies.

            Lets come together, show this company what united consumers of India can do.
            I volunteer to collect all data from aggrieved customers and file the case against this company.

            LETS JOIN HANDS IN FIGHTING FOR OUR RIGHT.

            Hi i am Bharat Bhatt and I had taken slender shaper from tvc and it worked fine the customer support helped me regarding the usage and tips on usage
            I totally agree with Mr. Bharat.
            I am using this product from last four months.
            and even i also got good support from customer care and other executives.
            I dont know why such people give false commitment's regarding the company.
            i totally disagree with Sushil.
            Even i purchased the same product slender shaper from tvc company, and i got the delivery within 1day and am using the product from past 10 months with a very good result.
            even the customer support executive helped me out to use the product as well as provided me tips to maintain my body...
            Slender shaper, the most result oriented product of TVC Skyshop Ltd.
            It is result oriented because, previously I was very fat but regular use of Slender Shaper helped me in reducing inches and shaping my waistline.
            It also tightens and firms my hips and buns.
            I also use it as a massager which helps in relieving stress in my shoulders, back, neck etc.

            It is an multy purpose product and result oriented tooo...

            I am really shocked to know that product like slender shaper also have some complaint. I am a slender shaper user since last year i never had any complaint from the product and company.Maybe you failed to contact the customer support department otherwise they would have helped you.
            I simply cannot belive to the above complaint after getting all the postive response right below it definately its a miracle and not a nightmare

              Hi! My name is Farhana Shaikh, i ordered Nagar Suraksha Kavch from TVC,after opening the parcel i found that the amulet was damaged & when i called the customer care they asked me to write an application & go to some place in mira road & gave me complain # id 139456_167. Now whenever i call that number again it's just ringing & before when i called i could the hear the IVR but now whenever i called its just rigning & no one annwers the phone.

              Hi,
              TVC sky shop is making fool to people and nobody bothered in this world to stop this kind of nonsense,
              I have also ordered Slender shaper- order no OC2346052 on 24th and paid throug credit card, and call cenrre people commited that product will dilevered at my door step woth in 24 hours and still I am waiting and nobody bothered to answer it that why its delayed
              I am highly upset and very soon will write a blog in media and also send a legal notive to channel for supporting TVC throug aid .

              We should form a consumer forum and file a case against TVC for literally cheating people.
              i had sent them the faulty slendor shaper and after 3 months of keeping it with them and promising me that the same will be delivered in this week, finally the say it is out of warranty, probably they used it and now say its out of warranty.
              All customers, I call upon you to please come together and fight agianst cheaters of this kind.
              I totally agree with all the above complainants. There is a person called Ashish who responds to phone calls of prospective buyers and makes all kinds of promises about their products and service. Once they recive the order with card payment, they stop responding to your calls. I strongly advise all prospective buyers to keep awy from this TVS sky shop.

              I don't think that tvc company is cheating his customer, rather am getting regular calls as well as very good response from their executives regarding feedback, new offers provided for their existing customers.
              An advice to other customer who is already and even who is going to be the customer of this company, that this company is just following his promises nothing else.

              BUT TILL TODAY I HAVE NOT RECD. THE PRODUCT.
              I CANNOT UNDERSTAND THE LOGIC :TVC associates only with world's best manufacturers that have International quality standards like TUV, GS, FCC and CE quality certifications. We spend several months with our manufacturing partners in ensuring quality standards, designing features and packaging.While the leading brands have more than 2% product failures, at TVC our product grievances rate has been less than 0.76%.The company that retains a last mile satisfied consumer would rule the industry.

                I recently purchased a mixer named Merlin 123 from TVC Skyshop limited. I am registered with them with my mobile no [protected].

                It was delivered to me within 5 days of putting the order. However the product stopped within 2 days. When I lodged a complaint they refused to replae the faulty product and nstead asked me to send it to their head office for repairs at my cost. I am quie upset with this. I want the product replaced as it stopped functioning in two days alone.

                The same stopped functioning and after speaking with your customer care
                executive the same was sent to the Thane service center.

                I am left With no choice but to post these comments in media as well as i am planning lodge my complaint with Consumer court. I call all the cheated customers of TVC, please come together and fight against this fraudulent company. Unless we consumers do not unite this company will keep keep cheating and making billions of Rs. from us.

                I had purchased the merlin 123 on 17th July 2010. I had done the payment by credit card. Its been more than a week but I have still not received it. After i called the callcenter, I was informed that the shipment was done on 25th Aug 2010. And they provided me the consignment no.

                I agree with you. Even, i purchased a Cooking King with Free Silcer Dicer from them last month. First time i received the product in a damaged condition. I called customer service, they asked me send the product back to their Mira Road office. I paid the cartidge and send the same. After 15 days, i recieved the product again in the damaged condition. After making several calls, they said they cannot change and i can get it repaired from the local vendor. What the is this?

                TVC SKY SHOP ICON G4 mobile — Non Delivery of Product within time

                Lured by the popular adds published in newspapers I ordered an iCon G4 mobile online from tvcskyshop.com on 23rd March 2011. I got online receipt mentioning the order confirmation that says the product will be shipped by next 48 hours. Price was around 6500.00 . The receipt shows my shipping address clearly.

                I waited for 1 week. then called their customer care. I was told that the product is shipped on 25th March and will reach me shortly. After few days I again called them and this time I was told that my address is incomplete in their records. (which is obviously not, Why should I suffer for a fault at their end ??), most importantly they did not mention this issue earlier. I again called on 8th April. the person logged my complaint to the head office and promised me to copy in that email. But as usual I did not get the email !!

                I am disgusted with this utter nonsense and unprofessional attitude of this company .
                They have taken the money but showing no responsibility to deliver my product.

                I have a huge problem that i am facing from your organisation.
                I Placed an order for a Mixer Grinder (order no OW[protected], but have not received the same till now. Moreover no one is willing to inform where it has reached, infact i was not even informed that my order is getting delayed. On complaining what i have been informed that it would take some more time, but not an exact figure has been quoted as to when it would be delivered.
                After such a bad response, I would like to cancel my order, but dont know how as when i call at your center they ask me to wait for the order rather than listen to what the customer is asking for.
                Real bad experience, pls look into the matter as now i do not require that product any more and return my money.

                This is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased this product named Icon-G4 from TVC SKY SHOP LTD on 15th[protected]cash on delivery) with the order no-OC2584192.This phone was not functioning properly at all. So, the customer care people from TVC call centre suggested me to sent this for repairing to the address -TVC Network Ltd, Plot no-A/3, MIDC, Opp. Milton factory, Meera Gaon, Meera Road, East Thane -401104.I sent the product to this address on[protected] which was received by them on[protected].The call center &nbsp;employees advised me to wait for 10 working days and i will get my phone back. But could not get it after 15 working days. So I called them and got the information that my product is still under repairing process and observation. Hence i was asked to wait for 8 more working days. Since then my call and emails to them is continuous with them but no response is coming. Every time I get the same answer that the product is still under observation. Now it has been exactly 110 days that the product is with them.I really want my phone back as it costed me Rs. 6690.00 .These people are neither ready to send my original product nor the replacement.
                yeah i do agree with mr Vijay vishvakarma even i had purchased a merlin 123 before 2 years and uptill now its working in fine condition and now after 2 yrs, i was having some problem with its jars but when i called up customercare for this, The the complaint was taken and i received a positive response from their side within a further week

                Which I have recieved on 4th of Feb. The Box having one Air Bed, Bag and Air Pump. Their is no patch repair in the Box. When I filled the air in the Air Bed I got to know that one part of Air Bed is defected. All the air going out from that portion.

                When I gave a complain call to your customer care, Mr Gaurav one of your executive told we cant do the replacement of the product we only send you the repair patch and use it after repairing that Air Bed.

                So It is your business techs a customer is paying money for the defected piece and on complaining you guys are saying repair it and use it. So for that I will go to your higher management as well as to the consumer court also.

                Now I want to replace this product and need a quick action on this.
                I yesterday purchased icon G5 mobile but unable to operate the same kindly arrange to demonstrate through your executive.

                tvc is totally a froud companey. i have purchased a I-con G4 mobile from this froud companey.The mobile was delivered to me on 26 july 11. After 02 days i have launched a complain regarding non functioning of mobile. I was asked to send it to the companey by courier by own cost. any how on 06 Oct 11 i myself visited the warehouse of TVC and delivered the product for repairs. after making several complains written complains i got no response from their side. It is totally a froud and worst compney . i would request all others to file a case in consumer fourem and penilise the companey for cheating.

                    Hi,

                    I ordered one product from TVC skyshop (Bright Forever, Order Number - OC2266656 ), the product was about to deliver on 10th October but it delivered on 14th October 2009 and the worst thing is it was damaged .

                    I called up TVC customer care yesterday(14 th Oct 2009) and spoke to Mr Vivek, he asked me to call customer care centre and they will end one person to collect that damaged product and will replace in 24 hrs. Then when i called up customer care today (15th Oct 2009), one of there executive told me that i have to courier that product back to them, i told them that i have gifted it to someone and i cant ask them to courier it back to TVC, he also said that i have to bear the cost of that and he also said that the charges have to be beared by us. I dont understand when they delivered the gift it was damanged, then why i have to bear the charges. Also, then i spoke to Vaishali and send the mail to [protected]@tvcskyshop.com but till now no step have been taken by TVC to send a person and recollect the damaged product.(Its a gift sent by me to someone and they collected the product 1) LATE (after her birthday) and 2) DAMAGED )

                    I have placed an order of icon G4 Mobile phone on 18th February through internet vide order no.- OW00004322 and paid the price in full. But till today I did not receive the product. Peculiarly, the Customer Care Executives were also not respond to my complaints whenever I tried to contact them over phone. I am totally confused and can't understand whether at all I shall get the product or not. I also want to know that if the product be not delivered then how shall I get back the money paid by me.                     I had ordered a sauna slim belt (order no OW0006274 ). I product which i received was a faulty, a cut was there on the belt. However it was working, but from now last two days, a spark is coming around from its control unit. Though i have sent them an email but they never revert. I strongly advice to all net users, think 100 times before buying a product from tvcskyshop.com. There is no guarantee of the product. After sale service is a nightmare.
                    Oh god so much but Atleast my experience with Tvc sky shop has been well. The g5 that I had used was and is working fine.
                    Recieved Damaged Product Cooking King
                    Hi,

                    I ordered one product from TVC skyshop 5th August 2011(Cooking King, Order Number - OC2716510 ), the product was about to deliver in 48 Hrs. as per your add. but it delivered on 12th August 2011 and the worst thing is it was damaged (a big dent at the bottom of the pan).

                    I called up TVC customer care on the same day of the delivery(12th August 2011) and they told me to call customer support and they will send one person to collect that damaged product and will replace in 24 hrs. Then when i called up customer support, one of there executive told me that i have to courier that product back to them, so on next day I couriered it back on the address given by customer support and told them all the details of courier (Professional Courier, docket no.[protected] and I got it confirmed from courier company that it has been received from your side on 16th August 2011.
                    I spoke with customer support people regarding this and they told me that I will get back my product within 10 days. but till date I did not receive my product back in spite of doing full payment for the same. I tried calling customer care again but there is no response. please do the needful at earliest.

                      Hello sir this is Subramanya KS from karnataka. I have order slender shaper and also i sended the DD of SBM and it was received from yourself on 4/5/2009 and DD was debeted on your accout on 11/5/2009. Now is 2/6/2009 till today i have not recived product. First order number was given to me is OC2128894 and today it was changed to OC2201920. I have sended full amount of Rs 4990=00. So you are not sending the product i will only 7days from today after 7days i will send Lawer notice and after your replying i will go to consumer court. What will happen we will see in the court. I am very dissapoint with your service. I think this company will loose its name very soon. I think you never give me chance to go to court. So please hurry this is my last warning for you. I have complained more than 10 times but your reply is once again as usual.

                      I feel very regret to say that i purchased Slender Shaper on 08/09/09, but it did not work even for 1 Day. As soon as i received the product i tried it by putting it over my waist. The unit started running, but after 5 minutes it stopped. I thought that it would had been due to overheating as mentioned in the brochure. I tried it again after 1 hour and it worked. I tried it again on the next day i.e, 09/09/2009 and it worked well. I tried it again on the next day i.e., 10/09/09 and the machine worked for 1 minute and again it stopped. So i left it for 1 hr and again tried the belt but it was not operating. I tried it again after 4 hours but this time also the belt did not work. (Plz note that all the time the belt red light was on but the auto mode light was off although it was in auto mode, with machine not operating in any mode). After that i left the machine with red light switched on, on my bed. After 6 minutes the machine started running by itself and i put it on my waist. But again it stopped after 0.5 minute, but this time its red light was moving from low to high as it was in auto mode (belt not operating). Than i complained to Customer Care and he told me to send the belt at Thane address with a copy of belt receipt and an application. I immediately sent the belt by Courier on the same date.
                      Now, i request you to kindly replace the belt with new one and not to send the same belt after repairing and send it as soon as possible as it is already late.
                      Plz sir send me the genuine/authenticated new belt and not to give old/worn/damaged/duplicate belt.
                      I am feeling very agony and i cant explain my depression.
                      I also want to give me compensation for the product as your product even did not work even for one day.
                      Plz respond to the mail immediately.

                      This is really unbeliable because even i had ordered Slender Shaper. I live in Leh one of most remote regions. But I was delivered the product in just 3 days in very neat condition. It still work fine and give me no such complaint.
                      I also believe perfectly same about slender shaper. I also think that it is definitely a wonderful product. I has no compares in market whatsoever belts heat or sauna cannot defeat it.

                        This is to inform you that i had ordered (order No. OC2085645) a product (Speak English in Thirty days) over my mobile phone on 20th March 2009, using my credit card, the money was deducted immediately thereafter, and i was given an assurance that i will receive the product within 7 days, after seven days i started calling their customer support center ([protected]), every time there is a new person on the line and after explaining him my situation he tries to convince me that the product will be delivered tomorrow or the guy cuts my phone line, and when i am redialing, there is again a new person on line, who again tries to convince me that the product will be delivered to me tomorrow and this is been going on for the past 4 to 5 days.

                        I was brought your TVC sky shop English Speaking course(OC2098619) and it has some problem in one computer learning CD.I complained for the same to your representative and customer support and after discussion with them, I send The send the same for replacement at your Thane office. I have receipt no. Which shows date of send parcel. Now today after 15 days I did not got my product. During this replacement I faced many problems with your reprehensive named JASSI, I asked for correct way to solve my problem but she did not give any positive response, according to her our representative will contact shortly but I did not get any call. After that I send my complaint through email to customer support but reply was not satisfactory.
