Dear team, Thanks for welcome letter. It is received on 19.06.2018. Customer no:[protected] As per your quotation no 371 dated 28.08.2017 cost of the vehicle is inr 64245/- including hp charges. I paid down payment in two installments as mentioned below. 1) rs 10000 receipt no 7735 dated 28.08.2017 2) rs 20544 through neft transfer ref n[protected] hdfc and manual document no 308 31.08.2017 Total advance / down payment paid= 30544 Remaining amount is paid by tvs credit services limited i. E. 33701 As per welcome letter provided, you have financed 46800 against loan of 33701.in quote only 12 emi of rs 3373 is mentioned while in welcome letter 15 emi are mentioned.in that last three are advance emi.in which interest also charged. I met mr. Krishikesh pawar on 23.09.2017 with same queries. I didn't got proper answer for details of financed amount. At that time i asked for signed copy of loan file but same was not provided to me. I was told you have purchased policy against loan which is not delivered to me uptill now and if it for your safety then wh you are taking cost from customer. When i inquired in details then i was called foolish person (मुर्ख माणूस). Is this language you people use with your customers?. This should be answered by your senior persons. Shall i go socially about such service by tvs credit. Request you to revert on below mentioned queries. 1) how you have calculated 46800/- 2) what about advance emi and interest charged. 3) scan copy of the cheque paid to century automobiles from tvs credit services limited. 4) which policy you have purchased, when you applied for the same before my visit to store or after my visit. Required copy of application which is having details of my bike with date of application. I sure that it is applied after my visit for safe guarding. 5) Advance payment receipt No 7735 and ref document No 48195 dated 28.08.2017 for amount 10000/-
6) Advance payment receipt No 308 dated 31.08.2017 for amount 20544/-
7) Vehicle Delivery Note No 055 dated 03.09.2017
If you gone through above mentioned documents it is clear that I have paid total down payment of INR 30544/-
In provided quote only 12 EMI of 3373 are mentioned and you are claiming now 15 EMI of 3374 including advance EMI
Kind request you to re calculate and confirm accordingly.
Kindly note that as mentioned in quote i will pay only 12 EMI of 3373/- You have to give NDC after taking 12 EMI. Also you have to complete RTO process of removing as soon as you recived 12th EMI.
In your mail it is mentioned that special insurance - i) what is this. ii) I have never informed about it before last discuss with Mr Krishikesh Pawar. iii) why customer should pay this amount. iv ) i have not received such policy. v) Again asking for application copy for this policy. When is applied before or after 23.09.2017
i may go to court and will file cases i) Fraud case ii) Defamation on you executive ( TVS credit) as per IPC 1860 and section 499
