I was one of the consumer of tvs finance services. I took loan for two wheeler. I am teacher and due to this pandemic situation, i couldn't pay emi's on time. As a result one of your seizer(employee) seized my scooter. But still i am getting emi due alerts and one of my friend had seen my scooter on road. I am sharing my loan account number: AP3021TW0096828

Bill paid at pondicherry center before one month. Still I didn't receive.thank you.

Loan deducted is not properly.my date 3rd in every month.then i hold the money upto 7th date.8/2021 still not taken the money. So I fall in to insufficient mony I would fined for checq bounce and my ciple score als down why, my contract no is TN3006TW0121539

I was Appruved by the Sales Team of TVS Credit, Head Office to avaliad a Mobile Purchase Loan from the Pre Approved Amount of Rs.43, 000.00. I was invited by the TVS Credit Loan Assistant, Kolkata Office - Mr.Biplab (M.No:[protected] from " Meena Enterprise, Jagatpur Bazar, Kolkata-700059( M.No:[protected]". But, I had to return back in empty hand with go for Loging and complete the final stage of Apply for a Mobile Loan...only for Non Coperation of the Staff of Meena Enterpise, Jagatpur Bazar, Kol-59.( M.No:[protected]. When I had highlites that incorporation in my word to Mr.Biplab and his Senior, Mr.Arup Das[protected]...both did not help in a proper way.
So, in this senerio I am requesting the involvement of the Sr.Officials of TVS Credit Head Office.

1st. I buy a phone oppo F17 pro in tvs Finance..Tvs allow my application everything is perfect.. After that when open the phone box to switch on the phone ..I ask seller are you install any software in the phone..he said no doesn't need software to install .he said just installed tvs credit sathi in any phone to chk card number and emi information.
I said ok..
2nd. When the phone switch on..saller told me need WiFi and need some e mandate documents download so he go with my phone to his other shop ..so didn't go with them ... after he came he didn't told me any kind of software installed my phone and my phone administration change its own by tvs Finance...I didn't realize that time ..
3rd.. When Emi date is come closer.I saw the Main fact ...I saw in my notification toolbar is showing this phone Finance by TVS. First time I saw this type message in phone..I saw Bajaj finance phone didn't show any think like that.. after that I saw 2 apps install (a)tvs credit (b) oddesy type software.. this software didn't install in new phone that time I understand why saller Go to other stop.
This is illegal 😡 with out my permission
They installed software..
4th. 3rd march Emi date.. I deposit 4k at 2nd march in my bank account ..my emi is 1999 but tvs not debit my account I don't know why fast this is your fault not mine.
Now 3rd March my phone was locked by bloody software..you didn't receive money this is your fault..why you lock my phone.. lot's of illegal step doing by TVS, seller, bouncer with me..
a) Illegal Software install in my phone with out my permission..if I know any kind of software installed in my phone I didn't buy because I'm a trader.. lots of money trade doing everyday by phone.
b) emi not debit my account because of your company fault not my fault. When it's your fault why my phone Lock more then 20 days when bouncer came.
C) in 1, 2nd and 3rd March I open 85000 ruppes trade on my oppo F17 pro phone.
Now because of your company Lock my phone I lost almost 60K Ruppes..I can't withdraw my trade on perfect time...Now you are responsible for my 60000 thousand rupees...
D) If you not locked my phone I didn't lose my money..now company sending bouncer for Emi recovery.. if you recovery your emi like this then why you lock my phone because you lock my phone I rest my phone now doesn't open showing original email...
E) I lost 60k because of tvs and the bloody saller..who is responsible both of you pay my 60k then open my phone after that I pay your emi..
F)After lost my money I gift phone to my friend if he opened ..he give some money but still not open ...
G) Because of your software installed in my phone you stole my all information.this is also Illegal..

Now.. come to conclusions
I pay your Emi only when you Pay my lost money in trade and open my phone ..
If Bouncer came to disturb me I Take further steps... already your bouncer came two time I take all image of your Bouncer bike and note all number. Non educated bouncer doesn't know what is legal and what is illegal.

* I have nothing to lose... because I lose lots of money already because of tvs Finance bloody software and bloody saller.. you stolen my important information .. because of you pay lost my work.. I didn't earn money because of you..so fast you running my earnings way then claim your emi..

I already complained because of your software I lost my 60000 RS ..now I get complained you are not solve the issue ...how shamelessly you cut April EMI .. back my 1999 Ruppes... you get your emi when you solved The matter..but now you pay my money..or If you not pay this money I take action...if you not pay this money amount I get RS:62000.

On 3rd march i applied for my loan for two wheeler and it was approved but because of some reason it was not debited from my account so i paid the first installment and penalty through online payment system but just after few days my one more extra installment was debited from account so i asked for refund and till now i haven't received any help from tvs employees use to say sir you will get your refund in 2 days etc etc...

I have been purchased a second hand vehicle wego with number KL-70-2077 From your loan customer Mrs. Rashiyath with loan number- KE3022TW08467, on purchasing time there was a closing charge of 12651.18 including bounce charges and one your executives connected with chennai manager of TVS CS and he give me 40% waver and told that want to pay 7600 within 10 minutes and will give the NOC within 15 working days.I paid the Amount on 21 st April 2021 but till now i couldn't get any information from your side the executive's phone number is [protected]. So kindly check and give me a reply and also the NOC as soon as possible. Kindly do the needful.

I have asked about NOC about my tvs Jupiter grand two Wheeler which I was purchased in may 2019 took 17 emi facility the same cleared already. Few days back called to customer care to send NOC to my different address but they said already delivered but it's not and i am very much surprise. I have raised the issue but still I waiting to get resolutions from tvs credit team if company not going to deliver NOC to my different address without any charge I will share feedback on social media

I have already paid for June and July 2020 month amount to your executive visitor hari. But that amount not added to my tvs id account.last 6 month I investigate this issue to your service center and manager. Then 6 month ago I called to hari and asked he said I paid that amount like that.But this amount not added to my tvs credit center id. I have recorded his statement.

That pandemic situation time June, July 2020 your executive visitor hari came and collected my money.

I paid all my dude amount now.but your team guys told 2 month dude pending. Because hari not paid to your account.this is cheating.

Now I have registered complaint to police station.
You guys cheating my money.

For your kind information there was sufficient funds in my Bank account .On what basis we have received the sms of insufficient balance.
Because of your mistake my Bank has charged me the bounce charge of RS 295 and you have also charged penalty.I also attached bank statement but there was no revert on the complaint.It was auto closed without any clarification

Kindly clarify on the same at earliest or else I will have to escalate it.We are not going to pay any penalty on the same.
