I have foreclosed the payment on 1 Nov 2021 towards agreement number : MH3029TR0000568.

Even though 2 months and 15 days are over I did not receive the NOC. Even after multiple request, more than 10 request since last 2 months at the chandrapur office in Maharashtra, I am not receiving it.

Kindly help to get the NOC towards agreement number MH3029TR0000568 ASAP.

they are refusing to give NOC and still TVS credit services are charging additional dues without reason.

I am writing this in great disappointment and regret for choosing TVS Credit. In 2020 i bought a bike (Star City Plus ES DT BSVI- Dual Tone) at Sri Balaji TVS Showroom, 15-2474, Palamaner Road, Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh -517001. I choose TVS Credit as my Loan option and paid my EMI’s in right time. In August, 2021 I officially completed my EMI payment and cleared the payments. After clearing EMI, I requested for the NOC from the respective authority person. He conveyed that the NOC will be sent to my address within 10 days. Its been more than 3 months, I still didn’t get the NOC. The response of the authority is not at all good during the requesting process. I am asking for the grant of NOC either in Physical form or in Electronic form. I bought the bike for my father, now after all paying that EMI and clearing this. I just want a NOC which clearly will be said as that the bike is my own now and I no longer needed to pay any EMI.

I am attaching the details of the loan agreement below and also requesting to grant the NOC as soon as possible.

I paid EMI in exact correct date...but I debited excess amount in my bank account

I started my loan in 2020 from your company in hshumangarh Rajasthan on the name of simarjeet Kaur of scooty TV's Jupiter.
I have full filled my all amount of loan in Feb 2021. I am a government employee of education department
But till yet department has not given NOC. I went there 9n weekly basis for NOC but they are not cooperating and misbehaving
Last time they abusing me
Please resolve it as fast as possible

You charged me rs:2, 940.61 as last payment but my whole due amount is 4328.From what basis you charge me this amount. I need a explanation and refund. Otherwise I will file a case to protect my consumer rights.

I got a call from [protected] to close my existing loan and he told me that you have low cibil score though if you repay your full outstanding amount, I can provide loan amount of 1.5 Lakhs.

I told that I met with an accident so why was unable to repay my due properly. So now I got job 3 months back. So I can close my loan in three months. But he repeatedly cheated me to pay that existing loan amount of 37000/- on that day and told me that he will sanction within next 30 minutes.

So I borrowed from my friend with his words, I trusted him. But he cheated me and atlast he was not picked the call yet.

The worse thing is, am not able to stand since I was met with an accident, though I am working and now living honestly. I don't even have own house, our family is very low class and all my family members were daily workers.

That TVS agent cheated me and he backstabbed. Also, I didn't get my NOC for that. Now am getting alert to pay the due amount.

First, I have not paid my emi properly, but it was not due to no income for me. But, now for this issue my friend fought with me because of him.

I need to fire him not to cheat any common people like me.

My loan amount has already been cleared. For noc document more than a month has taken not received yet. Before was delivered to wrong address but already given address proof still the noc document not reach to the correct addres. Several times writing the mail to the help desk but no serious work about the company and the management. Very dissatified work and not bother to check with the customer.

I have taken a personal loan against the loan no. TN3000UT0010384. I requested the collection team several times that will make the payment quiet late and also we are paying every month. Last dues have also converted into loan including with the double triple charges of interest and also we accepted with pain but they are not ready to accept our situation and putting us under depression. I have lost the job in this pandemic period and finding a job. I would request you to please ask your team not to torture us untill I get a job. Now they are threatening us that they will file a case against us. It's not fair at all.

I purchased one Samsung mobile phone through TVS credit from Sivakasi Samsung showroom(Kaliswari enterprise). Every month properly I paid the due amount at the due date( before 10th date). I paid the due amount(cash) through TVS credit loan section employee (Sivakasi) Mr. Muthupandi because of bank account signature mismatched. That time he said, no issue I will come and collect the due amount. I too paid the due amount and get the receipt, sometimes not given the receipt. Now the problem is outstanding amount of Rs. 4400, why should I pay the amount. Every month I paid properly the due amount. Kindly you have to check with employee and verify and do the needful.

As a result one of your seizer(employee) seized my scooter. But still i am getting emi due alerts and one of my friend had seen my scooter on road. But, I had to return back in empty hand with go for Loging and complete the final stage of Apply for a Mobile Loan...only for Non Coperation of the Staff of Meena Enterpise, Jagatpur Bazar, Kol-59.( M.No:[protected]. When I had highlites that incorporation in my word to Mr.Biplab and his Senior, Mr.Arup Das[protected]...both did not help in a proper way.
So, in this senerio I am requesting the involvement of the Sr.Officials of TVS Credit Head Office.

1st. I buy a phone oppo F17 pro in tvs Finance..Tvs allow my application everything is perfect.. After that when open the phone box to switch on the phone ..I ask seller are you install any software in the phone..he said no doesn't need software to install .he said just installed tvs credit sathi in any phone to chk card number and emi information.
I said ok..
2nd. When the phone switch on..saller told me need WiFi and need some e mandate documents download so he go with my phone to his other shop ..so didn't go with them ... after he came he didn't told me any kind of software installed my phone and my phone administration change its own by tvs Finance...I didn't realize that time ..
3rd.. When Emi date is come closer.I saw the Main fact ...I saw in my notification toolbar is showing this phone Finance by TVS. First time I saw this type message in phone..I saw Bajaj finance phone didn't show any think like that.. after that I saw 2 apps install (a)tvs credit (b) oddesy type software.. this software didn't install in new phone that time I understand why saller Go to other stop.
This is illegal 😡 with out my permission
They installed software..
4th. 3rd march Emi date.. I deposit 4k at 2nd march in my bank account ..my emi is 1999 but tvs not debit my account I don't know why fast this is your fault not mine.
Now 3rd March my phone was locked by bloody software..you didn't receive money this is your fault..why you lock my phone.. lot's of illegal step doing by TVS, seller, bouncer with me..
a) Illegal Software install in my phone with out my permission..if I know any kind of software installed in my phone I didn't buy because I'm a trader.. lots of money trade doing everyday by phone.
b) emi not debit my account because of your company fault not my fault. When it's your fault why my phone Lock more then 20 days when bouncer came.
C) in 1, 2nd and 3rd March I open 85000 ruppes trade on my oppo F17 pro phone.
Now because of your company Lock my phone I lost almost 60K Ruppes..I can't withdraw my trade on perfect time...Now you are responsible for my 60000 thousand rupees...
D) If you not locked my phone I didn't lose my money..now company sending bouncer for Emi recovery.. if you recovery your emi like this then why you lock my phone because you lock my phone I rest my phone now doesn't open showing original email...
E) I lost 60k because of tvs and the bloody saller..who is responsible both of you pay my 60k then open my phone after that I pay your emi..
F)After lost my money I gift phone to my friend if he opened ..he give some money but still not open ...
G) Because of your software installed in my phone you stole my all information.this is also Illegal..

I pay your Emi only when you Pay my lost money in trade and open my phone ..
If Bouncer came to disturb me I Take further steps... already your bouncer came two time I take all image of your Bouncer bike and note all number. Non educated bouncer doesn't know what is legal and what is illegal.

* I have nothing to lose... because I lose lots of money already because of tvs Finance bloody software and bloody saller.. you stolen my important information .. because of you pay lost my work.. I didn't earn money because of you..so fast you running my earnings way then claim your emi..

I already complained because of your software I lost my 60000 RS ..now I get complained you are not solve the issue ...how shamelessly you cut April EMI .. back my 1999 Ruppes... you get your emi when you solved The matter..but now you pay my money..or If you not pay this money I take action...if you not pay this money amount I get RS:62000.
