Unnecessary payment deduction of EMI

I am facing unnecessary payment dedication from the bank and TVS Credit side from the starting month of EMI. I have visited the bank, showroom and TVS credit head office many times. but all are taking it for granted. I have visited TVS credit head office where i have explained the issue to Anshu mam ([protected]). she said she will resolve the issue on call but now she is not picking my calls from last four days. very bad experience from the TVS Service.

I m complaining about call receiving about loan offers from tvs credit
Myself dr K.R RAJGURU, running my own hospital at jalna city maharashtra .i received call on date 13 th january 2021 at 11:50 am from mobile number[protected], from a girl using filthy and abscurd language while offering me loan service..this was very unresponcible behavior from employee of renowed company like tvs credit.

Fraud and threatening

My name is pardeep mishra.i had buy a bike from tvs motor company.this bike financed by tvs credit limited.but when I calculate my emi, down payment, interest rate then I observed that tvs company done many type of fraud.my agreement number is UP3043TW0052673.my registration number is UP55AE2729.my chasis number is MD626EG40K3G91508.i found that some of 20000 rupees fraud has been done by tvs credit LTD and tvs motocorp LTD.i request to you please take some strict action against these type of fraud employee of tvs company and also take some action against tvs company.so tvs cannot done any type of fraud next time.recently I approach local officer.officer name Shivam srivastava.shivam talks with me so rudely.shivam abuse me.and threatened me that he will lift up my two wheeler.he abuse me. I request to you please take some strict action.l had attached down payment receipt.as per this receipt I had pay 18500 rupees but only 14740 rupees deposit as per company details.and also not providing scheme which they agreed to pay.scheme approximate 8000 rupees.i request to you please take action against fraud employee.this complaint already sent to local head office.but local officer trying to justify itself.nobody cannot try to resolve my problem.first of all I just want, please take some strict action against Shivam srivastava who abused me and threatened me

Refunding of Penalty against my ID No. 3006CD0094847 - C. Sivakumar
Sir, I have taken a Cellphone on EMI (Loan id No. 300CD0094847) for which I am to pay an amount of Rs. 2587 on the 3rd (date) of every month till Aug 2021. I am maintaining sufficient amount for paying the EMI in my account no. Though there was sufficient amount in my account the company i.e. you people did not deduct the amount in time, instead, I was informed through SMS that, as[protected] was a holiday the amount will be deducted within next 2 working days. Eventhen I did not wait for those 2 days and I paid the EMI online vide reference No.[protected]IGAKEQTHF4 0n 04.01.2021. But your your company mistakenly has deducted an amount of Rs. 295 as penalty on 05.01.2021 citing the reason that Mandate Fail Charge. As there is no fault from my side, I request you to re credit the amount into my account No. at the earliest please. Thanking you C oSivakumar

I was taken tvs bike at 26th october.my loan number is TN3007TW0123157.MY first due Dec 3rd but my account dismatch signature so I advance to tell to dealer and try to complaint toll free number but no response .but I was paid due amount and fine amount .but same fine amount given for this month also (already paid January 3rd I attached to bill). Now I will get message didn't pay due amount and fine amount.I WAS PAID AT DUE DATE BUT TVS GIVE THE FINE AMOUNT EVERY MONTH AND DIDN'T PAY MESSAGE FROM TVS what can I do sir pls take my complaint sir

My name is Jagdish Rai Tvs bike Purchase cash on 14.08.2020 Sri Ganganagar was taken from the showroom TVS-B6 Modal If there was a problem in the engine of this bike, then we went to the showroom, then there was no solution to our problem nor did anyone talk to laughing

Customer care executives
Your customer care executives or customer support executive whose name is mahesh who called me today at 12.45pm through [protected] this number. He behaved me like a rowdy and indecent fellow and approached me in a rude, rough manners and used vulgar words. He was not behaved like an officer. Instruct him according to this matter. This is not a proper approachment to a customer. He blackmailed to forget my loan details and Registration regarding. So him a warning to not behave like this. I have a huge respect on this TV Sundaram finance.

Loan Closure and yet the loan was active
Hi, I am writing this in great distress that TVS credit has not been helpful since the beginning. I am wondering why I went for a loan in the first place and more importantly why did I go for a loan with TVS credit.
My Loan agreement no is KA3009TW0147798 and I had problems since the second month where the amount was not getting deducted on time from my account. Here I don't understand why you have an ECS facility when I have to make the payment online every time.
Now, though i made the payments on time, my loan is still active and has affected my CIBIL score badly in the last few months. When I checked I found that there was a balance of Rs.95 due. And the system was not allowing me to make the payment of that amount coz the min amount that needs to be paid is Rs.250
What kind of scheme is being run by TVS Credit Services Ltd? First am not even sure how the Rs95 was due and secondly am unable to make the payment of that online.
Why was i not called by TVS Credit team or informed about this in the last few months.??
So Finally i have made a payment of Rs250 . I have asked the TVS credit team to keep the extra amt with them as a tip for the extraordinary service and have requested to Please close the loan and make my loan inactive. So that my CIBIL score will improve.

My loan was supposed to end on 7 of dec 2020 however I paid the entire amount on 11 November and I have not received the NOC yet called customer care and they just give a run around its pathetic service and i regret being a tvs customer

I not received receipt also, interest rate is raising in my credit account in issue of not paid, but I paid by phonepe at 4th November (screenshots were under this), ...we really sad about this problem in worst experience about the tvs credit services

I have taken a bike loan from TVs credit NBFC. After taking loan they didn't give me my loan card. After taking 2EMIs they had sent me the loan card.
But when I checked my loan card, I saw the loan amount has increased and insurance papers were missing. So I again called and emailed them regarding my loan amount and insurance copies but they said, you have no insurance that's why you will not get insurance...

Dear sir/madam I am Mohmmad Ashfak a exiting customer of TVS CREDIT SERVICES LTD. AGREEMENT no. HR3047TW0052142 from Haryana. Here is a my problem with you that September 2020 month my EMI was deduct from my account twice a month.
And after it was not adjust next month emi the october month EMI is bounce from my account and damage my cibil score and charge me 450rs for check bounce.
When I complaint about that matter. your executive misbehave with me and not clear this matter. He was not satisfied me with this issue.
Please check the details and solve this issue.otherwise I will try to get in touch with managing director of TVS CREDIT SERVICES LTD.

Hello sir! My name is Arti verma, loan no. UP3034CD0000145. I'm complaining because my advance EMI deducted to my account from tvs finance services so this month 2 EMI's deducted to my account and I need the money in this festival time but they deducted my EMI in advance. They also charged me late fee for my second late EMI so I paid the amount directly on shop but Yet they deducted the money from my account as a advance EMI.

Two wheeler loan

I had very bad experience when i cam to know about how your agent cheated on my payment.
1. I bought two wheeler of 90k
2. I made down payment of 45k for the same. My bad i choose you guys for remaining amount for loan.
3. One of your agent misleaded me with complete false quotation without providing correct information.
4. Agent took loan for 18 months and took 3 months as down payment in my paid amount with a interest rate of whooping 21%.
5. you guys are real fraud. Agent are kept to help customer with beneficial not to mislead them.
I have learnt a lesson and never trust you tvs and never be your customer again.

I had a loan for an ACLloyd at bhusawal for which my Emi was ending at 7march which I was unable to pay at the time. I had never opted for marotorium but still I have been charged interest and nobody came for collection till 31August. But my last Emi was deducted on 15june itself.
Now since there is not my fault I can pay only cheque bounce charges and nothing else.
So please do consider my request and waive...

Collection People Threatening & Using Abusive Language for 1 month EMI.
Hi,
This is Naveen B, I have taken TVS 2 Wheeler loan at TVS Finance and I have almost cleared 90% of my loan amount. only 1 month EMI of 3106/- is bounced last month(Sep) and a total of 3 EMI is pending including last month which is bounced.
People from the collection department have reached my friend's house for loan EMI recovery first and have later reached my place after spoiling my respect and reputation in my friend's circle.
Collection People are forcing me to pay my EMI immediately else they are threatening me that they'll take away my vehicle for 1 month EMI Pending. They have also used abusive language to my friend saying in Kannada " Loan katok yogate illa, tika muchkond loan katto first hu, jasti matadbeda..." in a rude provoking way. The collection people come to my house daily and force us to pay EMI immediately. They are not even giving any time even after saying that I need one week's time to clear my EMI.. due to COVID - 19 I lost a job and the company which I worked for didn't pay me a salary for almost 4 Months.
The collection dept people from TVS Finance are not providing their ID cards while we demanded since they are going too much beyond their limits for just 1 month EMI.
Kindly help me with this, I am not able to handle the pressure from them, since they are doing rowdyism on us and they are least bothered about the Police too, I told them I will call the police if you keep troubling us, they are saying that police can't do anything to us "call the police if you want". I have taken the picture of those people who have come to my house.
I request you to take action on TVS Finance or the Collection department for causing trouble and damaging our reputation just for a 1month EMI.

Kindly help me with this, I am not able to handle the pressure from them, since they are doing rowdyism on us and they are least bothered about the Police too, I told them I will call the police if you keep troubling us, they are saying that police can't do anything to us "call the police if you want". I have taken the picture of those people who have come to my house.
I request you to take action on TVS Finance or the Collection department for causing trouble and damaging our reputation just for a 1month EMI.

getting wrong calls w. r. t ap3021ca0011266
Some one named arun kumar taken car loan who is unknown to me. Loan agreement no is ap3021ca0011266. I am getting messages and calls to pay emi for this loan every month since 6 months and more. I have already complained by calling to their toll free no but no use and i have been telling every person calling me regarding this. But this issue is not resolved. I don't understand how tvs credit can take contact no without verification. Request to resolve this issue

I found some problem on tvs saathi app. I talked mobile support desk mens that help me on to work saathi appa. But when i call no [protected] then one person pickup and speak rudely to me. Then i asked some errors found on apps so kindly support me. But that person not listen anything and just force me to paid emi of mobil. Then i said i am not perched mobile, i am perched bike from tvs credit. Then that person shouting.. Don't call this no....

Hi,
I am nishanth mannem working for kims hospitals as covid -19 incharge.
I have tried to do moratorium in lock down pandemic situation but it’s not done due to some issues. I already informed the same thing.
On 9th of august one of the finance persons visited my home and i informed them, will be paying the amount in two days. Today 11th of august’20 around at 1 pm finance person came to my workplace and we went to tvs office right away. I was supposed to pay the loan amount. But without any prior intimation took the keys and ceased the car. My wallet, including cards and few of my belongings are in the car itself.
In addition to the loan amount, you were charging around 15000.
In this pandemic situation we are receiving less pay scale due to which i am unable to clear the actual amount. I cannot pay the additional amount, it’s burden for me.
But this is not expected from the finance provider. Indeed you have to be supportive.
I am ready to clear the loan amount, with out any charges and i request you to take this in to consideration action. I hope this is not repeated further to any customer.

I had opted for morotorium for april to june of which i also have a proof and after continuous follow ups i am not able to get the thing resolved and xtra interest is being taken from me and double instalment have been taken from me and bounce are being recovered from me of the morotorium period

.. So i went tvs office in solapur the employees was not giving good response i tried call for this employed so many time but he doesn't reply very worst service for this tvs finance employees & my complaints also not resolved i have attached my document regarding that issue

I was buy apache 160 4v in 2019. After 10 day's of bike delivery I found there is a some issue in in engine.
I told them to solve this issue but i didn't get any good response from them. Everytime they are saying there is no problem in your bike. One time the charge for changing typed sometimes they increase the RPM sometimes they decreased the RPM and the 2nd problem

I completely paid all of my samsung EMI in time then why it debuted me 295/- always extra BOI - Rs 295.00 Debited(TRF) TVS03122021 in your Ac XX2420 on[protected]. That's not Faire please contact me on [protected], that deduction let me no choice but to inform Cosumer court because I losrlt much money.
