I had taken a car loan from tvs credit services and closed the loan as per your closure settlement letter on 3-aug-2018. After that i constantly followed-up with the bangalore team (Mr. Nagendra & mr. Karthik) for the noc for which they kept on giving me dates. When went to their office they gave another reason and wanted me to pay rs. 5000/- more as some differences has raised. I made the cash payment and they confirmed the noc will be released within 3-4 days after the payment. Its been more than 1.5 months and no one responds to the call or the mail.
I dont understand what kind of process such a big company in india follows. Horrible service and customer care. Today i have sent mails, made 20+ calls but still not answer.
Can someone escalate this and take action to get my noc.

As i paritosh jaiswal ex-employee of your organisation in which i have send a courier through speed post to you on dated 11/07/2018 in which you have received my courier on dated 13/07/2018 where i got a text message from your side that you have received and processed my docs for pf apply and also i have send the docs in which courier contains following doc's:-

I bought tvs jupiter previous year on installment from ahinsha tvs... At the time of selling they were saying before insurance expiry we will send to you second year insurance as per agreement, as installment already added insurance amount rs. 143 per installment, now when i went to shop they advise to go at there some other shop at adhcini, first thry say okay pls come, when i reached there they are saying all tvs employee left the job and they cant renew the policy.
Now i confused what to do,
I also called customer care even they dont have any solution and they are again saying to go showroom only.

Hello everyone
I never suggest if any one to take loan tvs credit finance.if any emi bounce in any month .they executive behaviour very rough.only 1 emi bounce since last year they 100 times call in a single day ..
I request you don't take loan.if any one take loan biggest mistake in life.my experience said that..

bike insurance renewal

My bike insurance expired on 9th may 2018 and when i visited tvs credit office lajpat nagar for renewal, they told me your policy not ready with us and told me to call around 15th may for the same issue.
Despite of multiple time contacting tvs credit office still my policy not ready with them. Even i don't know why there is conflict in expired date of insurance policy in their documents which is 19th may and the policy with me which was 9th may.
The fault is at tvs credit end as i am paying my bike installments on time which includes bike insurance premium also.
If something mishappened with bike within this period then who will be responsible for this?
Please resolve this issue as earliest as possible.

Today i received the call this number +91-[protected] at 04:06 pm, and calling person ajeet kumar, this person told me why not pay your emi? I said, i already paid my emi. After than this person abusuing me (M c, b c etc). Why are your customer abusing me, we want cause. Other wise i will go the police complaint.

very very rough behaviour of the lady who call for the bouncing amount...

The leady who call for the bouncing amount is using very very wrong words infact she says in hindi that... Tumhari aukad nai thi to q le li bike bycycle le lete.. She always use the word "tum" and when i asked to her that is this is the way to talk with your customer then she says that.. Ha yehi tarika h... Her behaviour hurts me very much so please take action on her... And i have the call recording the way she talk to me you may listen

complaint about not giving the top loan

Sir. I aapplied for tw matured top up loan. Amount rs.48900/-. They have sent me the repayment schedule. Letter. My agreement no. Tn3000ut0004043. But till now they did not give me loan. Icomplainted two times about this through [protected]@tvscredit.com. They asked the bank statement to check whether loan amount was disbursed. So i sent six month bank statement. But till now no response. I have three emi pending in my loan. Iam ready to pay the amount. But they said the three emi amount will be deducted in the loan top up loan. So you will have to pay emi of new repayment schedule. How should i pay the emi whithout getting the top up loan. So please kindly arrange to solve my problem.

not getting duplicate key after completion of loan

Purchased jupiter from bidar show room on tv's credit. As one key is kept due to hp, on completion successful, received form 35, but not getting duplicate key. Showroom tells it is with tv's credit services madras. When asked on line, it was told it is with showroom.
To whom should i contact for this problem.
When i pay all installment properly, why i am not getting duplicate key.

Ecs loan repayment not done due to fault of tvs agent

My name is krishnendu gupta resident of kkapurthala punjab take a used car loan from tvs credit service ltd. My loan agreement no. Pb3050ca0000390. Car registration no. Pb65z7569. I contact tvs credit services ltd ageant mr. Dinesh kumar of jallandhar office. My ecs should be started from 07/06/2017, and i maintained sufficient balance in my bank account. But due to wrong proceeding by the tvs agent ecs cutting not done, my amount of installment is rs/- 5772, when i try to pay it online payable amount shows rs/-5845. I have not responsible this non payment, so why i pay penalty for non payment/ it is illegal cause of harassment for genuine customer. So please take necessary action and arrange to pay actual installment from me whether online or cash.

Tvs agent cheated for 7000. Rs

I have applied for used car loan in tvs in the month of april,
Total vehicle value 2.85 lakhs, already i paid 1.35 lakhs. So applied for 1.5 lakh loan but approved for 1.6 lakhs. Processing fees deducted for 3000. Rs but balance amount not yet settled to us.
This is completely fraud activity and cheated me and unacceptable.
I want my money back.
Agent name - soloman david, till now we made almost 25 calls to you and customer service but no response. Expecting immediate action

Two wheeler finance forces to buy two years insurance and uses threats

I bought tvs jupiter on last friday viz.17 march 2017 on finance through tvs credit ltd. At the time of producing quotation and whole process of buying the vehicle no such statement was made about 'buying insurance of 2nd year being compulsory'.
Uddenly today viz. 24 march 2017 company executive named ajay sinha (Mob:- [protected]) called and asked reason of denying purchase of insurance for 2nd year to which i replied 'i don't need it'. Then he started arguing in rude and unprofessional threatening 'if you don't buy insurance for 2nd year i will cancel the lease. " on asking about the reason behind such compulsion he said if any accident happens to the vehicle before all the instalments are paid' customers don't pay the rest of the instalments so this is companies way of being safe against such mishaps. Between all this he also took kapil yadav (Mob:- [protected]) who also spoke in rude and informal language' he also happens to do so in person while chewing gutkha viz. Repeatedly gets spat on us while he talks. After such threats i was forced to say yes to the purchase of insurance for 2nd year.
After this scenario i called tvs credit helpline i asked about if there is any such cumpulsion.. They said there are no such transaction structures and asked to email whatever happend to the cumpany...
Kindly take the matter in notice and cancle the purchase of 2nd year's insurace. Also as i'm being harassed by your company executives i am helpless and prompted to report this matter to consumer forum...

ECS problem

Hi this is Sreekanth from Anantapur Andhra Pradesh, I have opted loan for used car (Amt 230000 and loan no AP 3019 CA0000322) from TVS credit in Dec 2015, Was everything good till may 2016, suddenly their was problem in ECS and continuously 4 cheque bounces, even I maintained the sufficient Amt and account statement have been shared with TVS people. Even though they not accepted the problem in their internal system, apart from they asked to update other account for ECS. I give request to update my CANARA BANK account for ECS in September 2016 . I got Oct 2016 EMI debited from CANARA BANK account. Nov emi not debited when I asked explanation their was no ans from TVS employee and got a sms to pay EMI by NEFT, I did the NEFT. Again Dec 2016 EMI not got debited even I have Rs.40300 in my account, when I demand an explanation, first they said Account on hold, why?... Inactive account, I have shown an last 11 months statement with regular transactions. Secondly they siad, drawer signature mismatch... they how you debited OCT 2016 EMI... again no ans ... actually my wife works for CANARA bank in the same Branch where I have the account and I works for a leading corporate Bank as a Deputy Manager. Because this TVS credit people I got a huge damage to my credit score. Here I demand an immediate explanation and problem should be recalled immediately.

Anil Munjapara's response Problem in installing EMI. In between emi three EMI get showroom in cash mode due to some problems in EVC.
So, this emi are 2800 and actually emi 2817₹.so, 17₹ less per emi. And total 61₹ less. And of emi on date 07/12/2016.
Than to get my NOC letter. The due amount intrest is764. First pay and get NOC letter. But problem is not my side.
So, please delete the penalty and get the my NOC letter.

Unethical practices of fooling customers

I applied for an used car loan from tvs credit at their branch office in jabalpur on 25/03/2016 .The co. Was represented by mr deval saxena, employee code 5010310.
At the time of submitting documents and initial enquiry, he informed that the total charges apart from the interest on my loaned amount will be rs 2314/- which include processing fees rs 1564/- or 1.50% of loan amount, car verification report of rs 600/-and stamp duty of rs 250/-. Final.
After getting the agreement signed yesterday, i came to know that the loan amount also includes rs 4250/- which according to mr deval is for loan insurance by icici.
I refused accepting the extra charges apart from my loaned amount and requested for waiving off the insurance part which was never informed to me in the first place.
In response, the branch manager said that it is not possible and most they can do is they can foreclose the loan if i dont accept the insurance amount added to my loan and asked me to pay rs 4000/- as foreclosure charges.
I want to complain against the corrupt practice of providing under information by this particular employee of tvs credit and also discuss why it near to impossible to change something in the particular details sent to a company by its branch office when as a customer, i am ready to pay all the charges which are normal in the competitive finance companies ?

Last installment bounce due to tvs credit staff.

Dear Sir,
My name is Sudhanshu sekhar jha and i have a three wheeler no. is UP16T8856.Its engine no. is OK4AC1071828 and chassis no. is MD6M14CK7C4A12609.My loan agreement no.is DL3049AL00008. I have financed this three wheeler two years before from TVS CREDIT and gave all the installments at right time but the last month means the 24th installments went with some problems which is due to his staff while i told that before installment please give me the information through sms but in this month i did not get any information and due to this i faced some problems and due to which my last installment bounced. I am not ready to give any extra payment in any condition. The amount my installment Rs.6325/- I am ready to give. Pl.tell me where i have to deposit it ? But Tvs creadit service work in this condition then who will do finance from Tvs credit services company ? Even a single installment did not bounce but due to your staff last installment bounced. As early as possible take the remedies steps & measures to help me.

Ajent is no paper is any documents and no slip no registration paper no insurance costemar is not available your tulsi motor ajent is all costmar stuped and orignal slip not costmar is payment is the case and speeching is slip is not avilable and only tulsi motors is seel issued . ajent name is c.p misra
