The shop keeper has taken from me about rs 400 extra by giving me a mobile of samsung company. They took the money by your compnany name.

    When panademic started. Tvs offer a loan moratorium and ia have taken too. Within that i had got no message except the confirmation. After two month they bounced my amount saying. I had not applied moratorium. As they had said your moratorium is for one month. And in between they haven't drop me a single message saying that my amount bounces in first month getting me aware to stop my second one. But suddenly they charged me two month fine without any reason. The customer care department has said that your moratorium is for may only i said i applied for april too but the didn't listen. Please help me out in this. Iam not ready to pay illegal charge. This is injustice to me.
    I have talk to local agent they said that company is opting moratorium but don't provide to anyone.

          Actually my mobile has been locked due to emi payment and as so as the mobile is locked i have paid the amount and it bee more than 48 hrs still i have not recived my pin and when contacted the manager mr. Dinesh (Mob.[protected]) hes not responding and he says iam not hte manager u contact the company or put case dont call me is this the responce to the coustmer still now i have never left to pay my emi iam paying correctly each and every month but the response o[censored]r manager and the company is very bad and now all my datas and all transction has be locked dut to ur company lock now for the past two days iam unable to do any transcation who will be the responsible for the loss this the worst response i have ever seen in my life very worst coustomer response from ur manager mr. Dinesh felt very bad about the way of his talking

            I have a two wheeler loan in tvs credits from from august 2018 (Ke3022tw0034420) my emi amount is around 2640 and i have been paying it correctly without any due till march 2020 due to the situation (Covid 19) i got a sms from tvs to give a missed call to...×××9 number to avail moratorium so i did the same i got the message and i got reply that you have applied for moratorium so i didint pay the emi for april and may and at may last i got again a sms for moratorium till aug through a link and mentioned that if your not able to process just send a mail to tvs with the subject moratorium so i did the same and after 7th of june wich was my emi date they submitted my cheque and i have received a call from tvs that you have 3 emi pending you have to pay the bounce charges etc and that person mr abhilash from thrissur was telling us that tvs doesn't gives any moratorium to customer moratorium is only for nationalized banks like sbi this is the matter as a customer is tvs cheating us or making us fools i didnt request you for any moratorium in fact you have send the message to avail moratorium as a customer is this fair you are telling to avail moratorium and your representative are telling that there is no moratorium as a customer i have been repaying my emi without any delay continuously from last two years pls find a solution

              I have paid my balance amount on 17th of June of Rs.9323.As there is no update of this information on the app the amount is getting recovered on fastag and it is around 3000rs. I have contacted your staff several times through call and message but there is no response till date. Just delaying customer will only make the situation complicated. So either update the information on the app and provide me with the refund or else I will close the fastag services for myself.

                I have active loan agreement no. Rj3016tw0034856 for my vehicle scooty pep+. I am continuously paying emi through ach mode.
                For the month of may 2020, emi not deducted through ach. Sufficient balance was available on due date. However, bouncing charges were levied with particular emi.
                As the amount was showing as outstanding balance so i paid the whole amount including wrong bounce charges.
                But i want refund for the wrong charges.

                I have also shared bank statement on mail at [protected]@tvscredit.com for reference and no entries are seen for ach return.

                I have tried a lot to talk to tvs representative, but couldn't get assistance.
                Request you to look into the matter on priority.

                      Actually problem i told to tvs credit team that i want to change my bank details for ecs as they failed to do from past 6 months, and today they came for 6month u didn't paid loan that's why we seized ur vehicle with forcefully, they even wait for 10mins also. I told that bring ecs form and take 6 months emi hand - to - hand but they didn't listen me and forcefully taken vehicle without any signature on that document.

                      As follow by rule: —
                      ~a finance company cannot forcibly take possession of a vehicle for non-payment of dues without sending a notice to the borrower, country's apex consumer commission has said~

                      I went office for payment but they didn't accept money of 6 months emi, they are saying pay total amount 6 emi
                      And 5 post emi's with penalty + 4000 rs charge for seizure. What the # who told u to seized.

                          So far i have taken four two wheeler s in tvs credit services ltd and all are closed in time with out any default.

                          I have got noc also from them in time for all my vehicles.

                          But they are not updating my cibil account . Because of this my cibil score is damaged and my 12 lakh rs loan is stopped my sbi - hosur branch.

                          There is no phone no also in any of their documents and nobody is there to attend our public complaints.

                          When ever the loan gets closed they have to send full and final statement at least by mail. So that we can handed over the same to banks when ever required.

                          From govt side there is no action against those companies who are all not updating the loan details in cibil in time.

                          Though my loan repaying records are perfect i am facing problem because of cibil .

                          My pan no is - autps2100e

                          the local person is giving toll free no and when we tried is there is no use.

                          If we didn't pay the loan amount in time they will catch hold us with in few seconds.

                          If we want to make complaint there is no local concern person or authorized person mobile no.

                            Hi this is suresh i have purchased samsung galaxy j6+ and i have completed all emi but they said that i have bounce charges of about 1300
                            I said i will pay this asap but after that tvs block my phone without intimating me i scared because my details is available in that phone ie bank accounts, mails, official detail, and all other personal details. If they didn't unblock my phone i will file case on to them misuse of my personal details. So resolve the issue.
                            Till date i have no received my RC & NOC, when i get my rc & noc i raised my complaint before 1 month when my problem solve and i get my rc & noc i finished my EMI full settled. My reference number :[protected]

                                "Dear Customer, Thank you for your cash payment of Rs/-3306.0 towards your agreement No:UP3041TW0025413. The Receipt No:XXXXXXX. For Any enquirers contact our toll free no:[protected] or email at [protected]@tvscredit.com ".

                                When i spoke the customer care he asked me the agreement number and he checked the agreement number in data base unfortunately my name matched with that agreement number and he was so rude and he said its system mistake its a small issue and don't consider it

                                            I have financed a fridge with the help of tvs credit but this month i have missed my emi as i was hospilized for 1 month bcz of nemonia. But after informing 10 times to your executives they call continuously &harass me. There language is very rubbish. I also work with a finance company &i have all the knwledge regarding it. But your team is mentally harassing me day to day. Very bad experience with tvs. I will suggest all my collegues n frnds that dont finance anything with tvs credit. Very insane behaviour you guys have.

                                                I have taken car on march 2018 and my payment track is clean and clear till september.

                                                In the month of july and august i felt like selling my car and i got a good deal as well, but i'm not able to do so because i dont have rc. I have been asking the agents mr. Satish and francis by continuous follow up literally every alternate day. But they're not responding and failed to provide me the rc.

                                                Then i decided to hold the emi which makes them pressurised, atleast i thought in this way they will give my rc at the earliest. (As i dont have any other option)

                                                I went to tvs office in the month of october and i clearly told to the official "sir it's been nearly 8 months i dint get my rc yet, so i'm holding the payment till the day i get my rc"

                                                I'm on my words even now. But they call me once in a month and ask me to send the required docs every month. I dont know how many times they're applying for my rc.

                                                Now my main concern is, there is a service related issue from tvs to customer and customer is very clear from his point of view that he is fed up talking to executives/agents. With prior information he stopped paying the emi and there is a valid reason behind it.

                                                And today 3 people came to my house and without letting me talk to the manager, they have taken my vehicle forcefully.

                                                Without any prior notice and my consent signature on the form vehicle taken.

                                                Below is the article for your reference:

                                                When there is a mistake from your end you should be ready to accept it and workout the things accordingly.

                                                You need emi and i need rc, give me first what you are committed to do so and then expect what the customer is committed to your organization.

                                                Rc and emi both are 2 parallel lines till now, let's join it together.

                                                Once again kindly release my vehicle at the earliest.

                                                End of the day i had to pay all the amount but why should i take the pain by not having my car with me now?

                                                Seizing procedure didn't happen at all. 3 people came and told me that they're from tvs credit and showed me i card and taken the vehicle without even a single signature of mine.

                                                I have valuable and important documents in my car.

                                                Also vehicle has been taken without any prior notice. Usually a notice to be sent before you posses the vehicle. When i spoke with area manager mr. Pathan, i got notice on 28th feb. Which is more than a week after they took my vehicle.

                                                When seizing didn't happen in a proper way without any notice and any signatures, why should i pay seizing charges 15, 000 rs. There is service related issue and they is the reason i hold the emi by informing officials.

                                                It's been more than a month. Kindly look into this and do the needful.

                                                I'm Totally disappointment with TVS Credit. Without any notice how you seize my vehicle. How go you know my new address did hack my mobile or aadhar card server or else cibil server. Bcoz it's updated in aadhar and cibil only none know this address. They Find My House on 28th September 2022 and My Vehicle Seized on Same Day. I didn't receive any call from Seized Person before they will come.

I purchased tvs ntroq sctoor Vehicle cost 112800 I pay more than 60000 but loan amount 57000 for 15month emi amount rs 4347 i paid 6month emi due some person reson After that I Changed My residence by the mid of Aug 2022 but unable make payment past 3month(i yet not pay July - Sep) but i paid part amount 2000 now my vehicle is Seized they didn't reply properly already i paid half of the amount of vehicle also 6emi passed successful and this month i 2000 on 10th of September 2022. I had own ship of more than 60% how will they seized my vehicle. I'm Not Okay with your policy because there none give me any letter regarding this i didn't sign any documents for my vehicle seize. After Seize None answer my call they didn't give any response with me I'm worried about my vehicle.

                                                If lesser than 40% owner ship of tvs credit right to take Vechile. Why 60% of ownership does have a right use that.

                                                Please Please Give Me Some More Time To Repay till 15th December I Will Clear My Overdue Amount as of Now (Overall Outstanding Amount).

                                                I Need My Vechile Back As Soon As Possible.

                                                I'm Scared but of you people simply take my vehicle but I That Asset I had More Ownship Then You do not forget it.

                                                After i repaid I want my vehicle back. If you play some game like this i file fraud complaint regards this because on that asset i had more own ship then you do not forget it.

                                                I also changed my new address and it's updated on October 1st week now yet not get any letter from tvs credit. I also speek with tvs gro & sbm tvs they toll me pay entire Overdue/outstanding amount to close loan account and take your bike back.

                                                Please Please Give Me Some More Time To Repay till 15th December I Will Clear My Overdue Amount as of Now (Overall Outstanding Amount).

But I got NEFT transfer of 3, 37, 000 only . have tried reaching the agent but he says this is the amount you get after all charges and RC transfer charges.

                                                  it's been 8 months and till now I didn't receive my RC. It has been taken by broker from RTO office 7 months back. I have been reaching the agent since 90 days but he keep on saying I'll get your RC, broker has lost it somewhere. I'll get you duplicate one.

                                                  I have taken car on March 2018 and my payment track is clean and clear till September.

                                                  In the month of July and August I felt like selling my car and I got a good deal as well, but I'm not able to do so because I dont have RC. I have been asking the agents Mr. Satish and Francis by continuous follow up literally every alternate day. But they're not responding and failed to provide me the RC.

                                                  Then I decided to hold the EMI which makes them pressurised, atleast I thought in this way they will give my rc at the earliest.(As I dont have any other option)

                                                  I went to TVS office in the month of October and i clearly told to the official "sir it's been nearly 8 months i dint get my RC yet, so I'm holding the payment till the day I get my RC"

                                                  I'm on my words even now. But they call me once in a month and ask me to send the required docs every month. I dont know how many times they're applying for my RC.

                                                  Now my main concern is, There is a service related issue from TVS to customer and customer is very clear from his point of view that he is fed up talking to executives/agents. With prior information he stopped paying the EMI and there is a VALID reason behind it.

                                                  And today 3 people came to my house and without letting me talk to the manager, they have taken my vehicle forcefully. 

                                                  Without any prior notice and my consent signature on the form vehicle taken.

                                                      I have applied for car loan in tvs and my first emi not deducted but i didn't get any updates regarding the same as per the mobile app and application, emi was paid no proper response from the branch. After long struggle found the issue and submitted the ecs as per their instruction still 2nd emi also not happened as usual no response from their end with the support of helpdesk paid through online still processing from 5 days no updates. Toll-free number not working helpdesk mail takes 3 days but not useful. Branch office no response all their mistakes will affect my credit score.

                                                        I had taken a car loan from tvs credit services and closed the loan as per your closure settlement letter on 3-aug-2018. After that i constantly followed-up with the bangalore team (Mr. Nagendra & mr. Karthik) for the noc for which they kept on giving me dates. When went to their office they gave another reason and wanted me to pay rs. 5000/- more as some differences has raised. I made the cash payment and they confirmed the noc will be released within 3-4 days after the payment. Its been more than 1.5 months and no one responds to the call or the mail.

                                                        I dont understand what kind of process such a big company in india follows. Horrible service and customer care. Today i have sent mails, made 20+ calls but still not answer.

                                                        Can someone escalate this and take action to get my noc.
