Uber India — Account Suspension | |||||
Long time ego I created my uber account in Nokia Lumia 520 (Mobile phone). Few days back I bought brand new Lenovo K3 Note from Flipkart and installed Uber app from google play. Today(05/10/2015) when I tried to login with my account detail in new phone I got error message " Account Disabled". I want to know what is this? Is this Uber T&C that I have to keep my old phone life long if I want to continue my uber account? I agree that creating multiple account in single phone is against Uber T&C but is this also against Uber T&C that I can't continue my old account when I buy any new phone.? First of all I did not find any customer care number number so that I can raise my complain and mail support system is totally no use. every time they used to communicate that account is flagged and can't help. Where as compare to Ola, they have great customer care and we can reach to them 24*7 through a simple phone call. If this is they way Uber treat their customer then why we use Uber instead of Ola?
