Uber India — charged twice for a single trip and both payments successfully accepted by uber | |||
Hi, I was "charged twice" for one of my trips. It was not allowing me to book the uber before making the payment again for the trip i had already paid once. Could you please take a look into it and "refund the amount" of one transaction as soon as possible? Below are the details of the trip as well as the transactions made by me- Trip details — - from - bengaluru international airport to mana karmel, hadosiddapura, bengaluru - date of travel - 02/05/2018 at 22:29 pm ist - type - ubergo (Tata indica) - fare - 1101.69/- Transaction details (Of both the payments for the above mentioned trip) — 1). Paytm - payment successfully accepted by uber and showing in the user account history as well Transaction id - [protected] Uber order - #5833d8d5c25135f28d797f9208044a14 2). Tez - payment successfully accepted by uber and not showing in user account history From - shikhar chitransh ([protected]@okhdfcbank) Issuer bank - hdfc bank To: uber india systems pvt ltd ([protected]@axisbank) Google transaction id: cicagkc8sd2vwa Upi transaction id:[protected] Uber account details — Mob no. - [protected] Email id - [protected]@gmail.com Pfa the documents regarding the payments done and the receipt of the trip. It was a really disappointing experience as i was charged twice for a single trip. Please look into it on priority and refund the same (Rs. 1101.69/-) as soon as possible in my paytm account ([protected]) or tez (Upi id - [protected]@okhdfcbank).
