UIDAI — aadhar enrollment centre is charging money from people in the creation of aadhar card

With due respect and humbly submission i beg to state that in our town one aadhar enrolment centre is doing so many illegal activities in the creation of aadhar card. We are in huge trouble because of aadhar enrollment centre is charging rs -200 from people in the creation of aadhar card. When people protested this enrollment centre work they are strike in the work. I have a question to aadhar official - will we need to pay rs -200 in the creation of aadhar card? Please help us. This enrollment centre is established in sarthebari veterinary hospital. Pin-781307, state-assam, dist-barpeta. And also i enclosed the details of this enrollment centre
