Billdesk University — wrong deduct balance second time from my account rupees 2451.24

sir,
i am sushil kumar b.sc final year student. I was submit fee rupees 2451.24 my university wep bundelkhanduniversityjhansi.org on date[protected], time 02:14 and txn #[protected], the fee was not submit my university and deduct balance my sbi debid card rupees 2451.24.
after few minut i am submit fee second time then my balance deduct second time rupees 2451.24 and fee was submit my university.
so my extra wrong balance deduct from my sbi debid card acount rupees 2451.24 first time txn #[protected] date[protected] and time 02:14pm ,please return my wrong deduct balance rs. 2451.24 my sbi bank acount.
