Union Bank Of India — Non reversal of Amount | |||||
I have saving bank a/c no.[protected] with Union Bank of India, GBP Colony, Derabassi.I made on line payment of of Rs.19725/- of my Kotak Bank Credit Card No.[protected] on 02.02.2017 th.billdesk vide txn ref.no.HUBI[protected]. Kotak Mahindra Bank confirm that the said payment is not so far received. Customer care Billdesk confirmed through mail dated 16.02.17 maid ID [protected]@billdesk.com as well as on telephone Mr.Rahul Kote confirmed that the transation was failed.So, contact to your bank. Mr.Anshul BM, UBI GBP Colony confirmed that payment is not so far returned to UBI. Due to all this there is not only financial loss, mentally harassment and physical harassment but also loss of reputation as Kotak Bank report to CIBIL for non payment. It is requested to look into the matter and either credit amount in my Credit card a/c or reverse the same in my SB a/c.
