Union Bank Of India — Refund o[censored]nion bank not received | |
My name is Aryan Mishrs and I had ordered 1 products( samsung watch 46mm) of RS.16950 in Amazon on 16/02/2021 and returned it on same date I returned this order due to personal reason. And on 22/02/2020 Amazon initiated the amount to my card but I still didn't get the money in my bank account. Amazon sent this reference number 30005410541047179440854 and told me to fill charge dispute form but Indian Bank doesn't have such policy. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. I am a student I need the money Please take action against it and I hope my problem will be resolved very soon I have to reorder things as soon as I get my money so please look into this matter.I think that Amazon has refunded but there is some bank issue that's why money ia still not there in my account I have complained in the bank 2 days back but there is no response till now please help me.
