Dear Sir,
I have not managed to recieve any acknowledgment card from the UPSC since I have sent my application details two months ago.
I made the effort to call them once, and after two hours of trying, I came across a person who said that the acknowledgment would arrive by 15th March. Well 15March has passed and when I'm still trying to call the UPSC on their phone numbers, I'm unable to get through.
I have been trying their numbers since almost three days now, and am simply unable to get through.
Its scary not to receive any communication for an exam for which we, as applicants spend so much time preparing.
Kindly do the needful.

Non-receipt of acknowledgment card or in some cases the hall ticket itself has been a recurring phenomenon. UPSC administration council has to look into these matters as potential candidates may miss out on their chance to "Bring in a Change". The UPSC website is also not up-to-date (n the server crashes often leading to inaccessibility - I am a witness of the same).
I guess sending back the acknowledgment cards doesn't require much effort other than just removing it from the cover & handing it over to the post office. If you think money is the only constraint then I guess you are welcome to increase the application fee too (A person who can afford Rs.100 - inclusive of CRF n postal charges wouldnt mind another Rs.10 increase in the form fee).
Request the concerned authority to be efficient & set an example to Indian Administration.

i have not received the registration card for the U.P.S.C (C.P.F) my application form no is 36351191 i had applied by speed post on 21-05-09 at morning.when can i hope to get the card .

i am very mentally very as because i haven't received my acknowledgement card. I am bit confused whether my form is accepted in the union public service commisson's office or not. I have sent the form almost ten days before the last date by speed post. Is there any method to know that my form is accepted or not then please let me know.

I guess sending back the acknowledgment cards doesn't require much effort other than just removing it from the cover & handing it over to the post office. If you think money is the only constraint then I guess you are welcome to increase the application fee too (A person who can afford Rs.100 - inclusive of CRF n postal charges wouldnt mind another Rs.10 increase in the form fee).
Request the concerned authority to be efficient & set an example to Indian Administration.
