Dear Sir/MadamFor Geologist, Geophysicist and Chemist (Group 'A') in the Geological Survey of India, an attached office of Ministry of Mines, Government of India: the eligibility criteria is that a candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 32 years on the first dayof the month of August of the year in which the Examination is to be held [i.e.as on 1st August, 2014] i.e. he/she must have been born not earlier than 2nd August, 1982 and not later than 1st August 1993. Respected sir/madam I am completing my age as 32 years by dated 1 August 2014, as per the notification I am not eligible for the post as the calculation of age has been decided since the month of august where as the last date for the submission of the form is 31 march 2014 and the date of examination is 24th may 2014, so the age limit either must be up to the last date of form submission or may be up to the date of examination, checking date post two month of the examination is truly insensible, kindly look into the matter.As I am eligible for the post till the date of examination kindly revise the age limit in order to render me eligible for the examination. SIR,

Extremely candid to write that even after submission of my app. for asstt. commissioner P.Fund under your final account I was facing havoc to access that . Secondly, you must consider that this online facility is not much accessible in far flung country side and getting hanged frequently. So, please do consider and co-operate and further extend the App.downloading date as it was Sunday ie. 13 May 2012 , which has so far never been observes on Sundays/Holidays.

(Otherwise it will be injustice to rural candidates)

I have filled the form for below mentioned post and I was trying to submit it but the UPSC website is showing network error. I m trying from last two days but the result is same. Last date of applying is tomorrow ie 03.05.2012. With due respect I just want to know what should I do? I m trying UPSC phone numbers but nobody is receiving. Is there any possibility to restore the website as the last date is approaching? Otherwise there are some promising candidate will lose their chance to apply.

I Bidhan chakrabarty, a upsc asparant & I am continuously giving my effort to crack the upsc exam and this is my last chance, but unfortunately this year I unable to submit my form, because of non connectivity o[censored]psc site. I have been trying to submit my form from last 3 days, but I always getting the same message" Oops! Internet Explorer could not connect to www.upsconline.nic.in".

So dear Indian i just want asked a very simple question you, that who is responsible for this, why not they have given any alternative other then online submission.

If you are one them who unable to submit your form because of this , then please support me and fight against it.

I was filling the online application form for SCRA Examination, 2012. I had completed the part-I of the registration and was provided with the registration ID. While completing the part-II registration, I successfully paid the amount of required fee i.e. Rs. 50 through debit card. When I proceeded further to upload the photograph and digital signature, the web page abruptly got closed down(at around 11:36 p.m.). Immediately after that I reopened the UPSC online application application website and found that the web link for online submission of application for SCRA has been removed from the website (at around 11:36 p.m.). while it had to be present there on the website till 11:59 p.m. on the said date i.e. 21 Nov. 2011. Though it was mentioned in one of the UPSC's notifications that the web link will be disabled after 11:59 of 21 Nov. 2011, but it had been removed before that time at around 11:36 p.m. on the said date. Had it remained open till 11:59 p.m. I would have uploaded the photograph and digital signature and completed my application. But I could not do so because the link had been removed from the website before 11:59 p.m. at around 11:36 p.m. I request you to please allow me to submit my photograph and digital signature and complete the application procedure.

i have cleared cds1 exam 2011 for ota. my roll no. is 051081 but not received my call letter yet.

Sir ,this is Rahul kumar singh.I registered for cds exam(ii) about a month ago on upsconline.nic.in.I had also made the payement of examination fees of Rs 100 online via debit card.Now when I want to view my application form on upsconline.nic.in , I get an error message when I enter the registration id and my DoB - "Information given by you is incorrect. Please enter the correct information".Please look into the matter and do the needful .
