[Resolved] Unique Identification Authority of India — Customer care is not responding properly they have minimum knowledge and never respond on email | |||
My father has applied for the adhar card almost 1 year ago. He had not received the adhar card at that time so unfortunately he had applied second time also. now again they have not received adhar card . when I am trying to download it from adhar card website than it is showing an error "Multiple records found. Please refine your query and try again." I have already sent multiple mail to [protected]@uidai.gov.in but no response. I have also tried to contact to customer care[protected] and after no. of trail I got a luck to talk with him but he also doesn't have any knowledge. I have also sent the Grievance on the adhar portal but without reading the query it automatically generate useless data and it looks like that for all the Grievance computer it self generating answer. I have also registered the complain with the case ID [protected] but no response. Was this information helpful? | |||
