Subject:-name correction as per i. C. S. E certificate
I have updated my name as per i. C. S. E certificate ie., "sree sai lokesh mortha instead of mortha sree sai lokesh" at a. P meeseva enrollment centre as. The enrollment no:2052/30547/47654, 27/08/2018 17:53:47.
Therefore, i have applied for jee mains exam. The last date is 30th, september, 2018. Hence i humbly request you to modify my name as per the i. C. S. E certificate in aadhaar as early as possible.
